A weakling huh?

The village hidden in mist

2 years later.

Midori

"H-Hey that's no fair!" I shout. Kana is always snatching my lunches! I understand she just got off of a one year diet but taking my stuff is wrong. "Sorry Mido but you got like two more!" she pouts but stuffs my eggroll in her mouth. Sighing I continue writing in my book like always and eating my eggroll. After that I finished my one page story and we went to class as always.

School in the mist are harder than in the leaf, thankfully we have a teacher like Iruka so I was given extra lessons once a week. They taught things like body parts, the weak points in the body, distance of certain weapons, and stuff like temporary death and crap like that. But I still suck at throwing Kunais and shurekens. I make it to class and observe the students and teacher. 

"Mido we aren't gonna bite, 'ya don't have to always stare at Kana, but I don't mind it when you stare at me." Aki tells me. Sighing I take a couple blinks then turn my head to see his blonde hair with a bright smile, reminding me of Naruto. "I know, its just a habit." I reply. He slings his arm around my shoulders and laughs "I'm just letting you know Mido-chan." he says.

The class all begins to talk and no one being alone or missing, everyone talking to one another. Since the village doesn't know about my clan (excluding the shinobi) it hasn't been hard for me to fit in, but as always there are a few kids who dislike me.

After class Kana, Aki, and I walk to the local sushi bar. Its our favorite spot in the village to hang out and eat. Walking as the fresh air slaps our faces as usual and the sound of conversations and laughter fills the air, this place always has a happy environment. We choose our table as always and wait for the waitress.

"I can't believe Saniko actually kissed Marco! I mean I know he's hot but I can't believe he would go for her instead of me!" Kana whines. Being the one who gets information easily she always knows the drama. "And you heard this from who?" Aki asks.

"Lanai told Hanna and Hanna told Gichiro then Gichiro told Janika and she told me, then to clarify it I interigated Saniko." she explains. Man this girl can surely get info. Her dad is the head of the interigation unit so it makes sense I guess.

"Well other than that I finally made you a weapon I think you'll love." Aki says. Both Kana and I turn to him, a weapon for me? I suck at wielding weapons.

"Hey there Akihiko, Kana, and Midori its nice to see you guys again. The regular right?" Hina greets. "Yeah thanks." Kana replies, after she leaves we look back at Aki waiting for him to spill the beans. "I made you a boomerang!" he takes out a scroll and hands it towards me.

"Don't open it until tommorow at school alright?" he tells me. I nod my head, smiling as I write in my book, I hope I'm able to use it.

The food came and so did the bill which we push aside and start eating. "So 'ya got anything for me Aki?" Kana ask. Aki nods his head "I got a layout on that gadget you wanted me to make for all of us, I don't know if it'll be ready by the end of this week but I can try." Aki's clan is a type of weapon clan that deals with making weapons and gadgets for themselves and for the shinobi in the mist, two of the seven swordsmen came from his clan and made weapons for the other five.

After eating I had to pay the bill this time, ending up broke for the next couple of weeks but thankfully my mom has my back all the time. We separate but of course Aki decides to walk us both home, after dropping Kana off it was only me left, then he went home himself.

Walking in the house the rowdy noise of my little brother and sister arguing echoes through the house. "Hey Mido! Broke again huh?" my older sister, Marina ask. "Yeah, it was my turn anyways." I tell her. Laughing she shakes her head "You sure are a sweet kid." she compliments.
