Okay so that chapter actually cut off alot of shit that I can't read even for myself. I'll just explain it if you can't see all the shit that went down.

Midori is pregnant
Her and Akihiko return to Kirigakure
Akihiko takes her to his father so she can better understand why its okay for her to be pregnant at such an age.
He shows her off to his clan members
They go to her family's house
Ashi is gay and Rin was being a homophobic and got pimp slapped by Kina who was like "I ain't raise no homophobic trash and I sho ain't gonna tolerate one!"
They all got happy when they heard the news about Midori being pregnant and even Kuroishi came.
He also stated something in his head about how there's an upcoming war and the attacks of the Akatsuki.
I'll explain the clan thing.
In the Yamahata clan, during the war many older members were dying on the battlefield (this includes women). The leader didn't want the clan to die out so in order for the clan to live on he had younger members (16-19) have kids (it was forced). Later on after the third shinobi war it became normalized for kids in their teens to get married or have a kid at such ages.
The clan members can show off the woman they impregnated by carrying her bridal style and holding their heads high, to show respect the male clan members give them thumbs up while the female clan members touch the belly (some even give up a small amount of their chakra to make the future member of the clan have more chakra, but its kinda forbidden if the child isn't full Yamahata).
When they give the child more of their chakra it takes an extra month for the child to develop, the child is born mysteriously half weapon half human (but comes out in human form so they wouldn't know until the child come of age to show the ability).
It would usually happen to the clan leader's child but it hasn't happened since the third shinobi war, they usually add more chakra to the pregnant woman in times of war not only to create a weapon child but to protect the mother while in battle (its like a barrier that protects the child and mother while she fights).
This is the only clan that has the power to create a weapon child without interfering with its health, making it the most strongest weapon clan in the Mist.
The reason why the Tuchimaru clan forbids it is because the child is suppose to be more focused in their fighting rather than worrying about their hormones and starting a family, they are suppose to retire (only ANBU members) in their late 20's if they want to have a family of their own but the parents must continue doing missions and becoming more powerful in case of a war or to keep their status up.
Back then if a Tuchimaru wasnt a virgin or was pregnant she would have to be killed by the leader along with the boy who impregnated her. They still do it, but only if the child isn't a clan leader's child. The clan leader's child will be banished from the clan and would have to change their last name and will go under a horrible punishment making them unable to perform the clan's fighting movements and all their senses will be gone, including the basic ones.
Now you see why Midori as so scared and why she really did have to leave the village.
