Midori

Waking up I start to feel a bit, ugh-ish if that makes any sense. I sit up slowly and touch the back of my head, wincing at the pain. I get up and look into the bucket of water next to me.

Bags under my eyes, a bandage wrapped around my head, small scratch marks on my face. I sigh and stand up walking slowly out of the room, following the smell of food.

I make it to see the team from before and my team, Akihiko talking to Kana, Naruto and Sasuke arguing and stuffing food in their mouths, Sakura along with Tsunami and Tazuna eating.

As I was about to turn Akihiko looks up. Once he sees me he smiles brightly and tackles me in a hug. "Mido-chan you're awake!" he shouts happily. They all look at us and smiles as Akihiko starts to kiss my face, avoiding my lips as always. Avoiding it I reach in my weapon pouch taking out my book, only to see that there aren't any empty pages so I just stick to reading from the beginning.

"Are you feeling better?" Kana asks. I nod my head not looking up. "You had us all worried." Sakura states, the rest of them agreeing. Sighing I continue to read, I don't understand why they were worried, I'm not that fragile.

Narrator

Akihiko and Midori sits down at the table, Akihiko feeding her. Midori doesn't mind, as long as she can read her book she fine.
Tsunami giggles at the sight "Young love." Kakashi comments.

After eating they trained once more, Midori unable to climb the tree. Since there wasn't anything to influence her. Kuroishi irratated.  "What can we do to get you to go up that tree using chakra?!" he shouts out of fustration. They've tried food, ninja tools, pens and pencils, animals, even to visit Konoha but she threw a kunai which landed sideways on the ground.

"Sweetie, you have to train, if you don't then it'll be hard for you to get stronger." Akihiko pleads. She ignores him once more.

"Look Midori, you fell from the roof of an abandoned building and couldn't even help a comrade, if you don't get stronger you may end up loosing one of us." Kana warmly tells her. Sighing Midori quickly understands and puts away her book.

"Fine." she says as she walks to the tree, gaining decent amount of chakra into her feet. She begins to climb slowly makinging sure she keeps her chakra at its perfect amount. When she feels like she's slipping away she uses two kunais and stab them into the tree so when she looses her chakra grips she can hold on to the kunais.

She them makes it to a decent height where a branch is then throws herself onto it, pulls out her book, then begin to read it. "Well that was clever." Kuroishi mutters. To him it seems like they don't even need a team leader, they seemed fine on their own, like he was nothing but an observer trying to make them become heartless shinobi like he was taught to be. The useless feeling somewhat overwhelming the man as he begins to slowly walk inside the house.

After a couple of minutes the team notices and stops training to check on their sensei, while team Kakashi remained with questions in their minds. All three walk in to find a sad looking blonde man staring at a window. "What is it?" he ask with his normal tone of authority voice. "Why did you leave?" Midori asks, it was a shocker to Kuroishi that she asked a question, she usually just does what someone says or ignores them, simple as that.

"You guys seem to be fine on your own. I can't be a sensei if I don't have anything to teach you three." he states, his tone becoming depressed. Kana and Akihiko snickers. "Kuro-sensei we do need you, without you we would never pay attention to a mission, we wouldn't know how to deal with people like you, we still are genin so we're new to this but one thing we aren't new to is teamwork since we are close friends, we were raised and train to work together. Its about time we train you the same way while you train us the path of Mist shinobi." Kana speaks. I guess knowing the right words to say can bring a person back to normal as a small smile is placed on their sensei's face. "Alright, I guess I over thought things. If you want to stop training and go find Gato we can do it." he suggests.

"Find Gato." Midori states, thinking it would be best to not spend another day here in this village and to go back to the sushi bar after they've finished with the Gato thing. The rest nod their heads as they pack up their belongings. Walking out they say their goodbyes and venture out to find this "Gato" person.
