After all these months, finally they get a team leader, someone else they can call a sensei and look up to. Too bad this person wasn't someone they expected.
"Its so early!" Akihiko complains, yawning in the process. The glare from their new sensei became intense as if he was shooting lazer beams from his own eyes to Akihiko's heart.
"Uh can you at least let us rest?" Kana ask. He then again glares at her. She knows about him, he's one of the men in her father's interigation unit, but just because she's the leader's daughter doesn't mean the people in the unit treated her like a princess, that's her father's job.
"No, you three are now genin and since we are all a team I suggest you all state your names, strengths, and weaknesses." he firmly says, as if he's threatening them. Not like it was on purpose, that's just how he talks.
Everyone turns to the silent Midori, who is writing in her book as always. The sensei stupidly snatches the book, which in less than a second had him on the floor with a knife to his neck.

"Don't touch my book sir." Midori kindly suggests. The man chuckles "I like this kid." he comments returning the book. Midori replaces her knife with her pen and returns to writing in her book. Akihiko fanboying on the inside "She's so hot when she does that!"
"So we have a lazy blonde, a nosey girly blonde, and a bookworm. Fantastic." he mutters to himself.
"You first blonde boy!" their sensei commands. Akihiko proudly stands with a toothie grin. "The names Akihiko Yamahata, but all the girls call me Aki. I can make weapons and gadgets and also fight with them!" he boasts. Their sensei rolls his eyes "You're weaknesses are what exactly?" he ask. Aki begins to think "Falling for my love, Mido-chan!" Aki jumps over to Mido who dodges while still writing her book "No Senpai." she rejects.
Flashback
"Mido I-I love you!" Akihiko shouts. Midori jumps at the volume of his voice, closing her book she turns to him. "I-I can't." she stutters, well when someone shouts their love for you out of nowhere and you yourself aren't too sure about love you can't really answer that. With teary eyes Akihiko sadly looks at her "But why?" he ask. "I-I don't know." Midori whispers so he can hear "W-Well can you call me Senpai, it'll make me feel better, just until you find who you like." he requests. Smiling Midori agrees "Alright, Senpai."
Flashback over
Aki huffs and points to his cheek "You hurt me Mido-chan." sighing, Midori kisses his cheek, then continues writing her book beside him. Their sensei looking confused at the scene while Kana only smiles at them. "Anyways" The man drags "How about you, blonde girl?" he asks referring to the introductions. "My name is Kana Hatamari, I'm great at getting info and escaping the scene, I suck at close combat though." she explains. The man, thankful for her cooperation nods his head.
"You, bookworm." he calls. She closes her book then stares at him, still being one of her habits, making the man uncomfortable and feeling as if she'll charge at him in less than a second.
