My eyes flutter open as the light from dawn shines into the dark bedroom.
I look down to see Jacob hugging my torso, in a deep sleep.
His hair was all messy, but it was adorable.
There was no going back to sleep now, so I decided that I should get up and make breakfast.
Besides, it'll show Jacob that I'm comfortable here.
I gently, scoot away from Jacob's embrace so I could get up.
He shuffled around as I moved, but soon found. Pillow to cuddle on, so he was satisfied.
I tip toe my way down the cold stairs and into the kitchen.
I search through the cabinets & fridge, to see if he had any breakfast food.
I saw a box a pancake mix in one of the cabinets so I was gonna make those.
I saw that there were also blue berries in the refrigerator so it settled on making blueberry pancakes.
I got the ingredients out that I needed, and began to pour them into a large bowl.
After that, I grab a pan from the cupboard & place it over the oven.
While I'm mixing the batter, I feel something warm wrap around my neck.

It was Jacob.
He placed his other hand over mine & began to mix.
"This was supposed to be a surprise." I frowned, as he spun me around.
"I hate surprises." He said, grabbing my hips, pulling me close.
"Well then I'm glad you woke up." I grin, placing my hands on his chest.
"You weren't there though, I though you left me." He replied, in a playful sad tone.
"And why would I do something stupid like that." I asked, moving my hands now upwards, around his neck.
He shrugged his shoulders, causing us to both smile.
I lean in for a soft quick kiss, then we both ended up making the pancakes.

"So what do you wanna do today, I have the day off." Jacob says, as we're sitting on the sofa, and he's scrolling through channels.
"Well I was thinking we can start by getting all of my things out of my old apartment." I respond.
"Of course, then after you settle in, we could maybe go somewhere tonight?" He asked.
"Sure." I said.
"Let's go get ready then." He said. I nodded and we proceeded to get dress and what not. ••• "Was that the last one?" I hear Jacob yell as I also hear the car trunk close.
"Yeah." I shout back, while approaching him.
We both get into the car, Jacob starts it and begins to pull off.
"I'm tired." I say slouching back in my seat.
"I am too, who knew you had so many things." He jokes.
"Oh stop it, it wasn't that much." I defend, as I playfully slap his shoulder.
"Please." He laughs.
"Well at least I don't so many hair products, lying around my bathroom." I tease.
"Hey, you got to admit, my hair is pretty sexy." He winks, continually driving.
I smack my lips & roll my eyes playfully.
"Ugh, it's going to take forever to unpack all this too,"
"I don't even think we'll have time to do something." I huff & cross my arms.
"Hey, it's fine babe, there's always tomorrow." He smiles as he reaches for one of my hands.

"I'm always right."
Yeah whatever. ••• Sorry it's been awhile, I've been studying for my exams but my last day is tomorrow 🎉 I'm going to miss all my friends😭 but hey it summer☀️🍍💓
