Jonathan's P.O.V.
Walking to school, I had so many thoughts in my head. I didn't want to take the bus because I had to stand and see Evan with his ugh girlfriend.
But to my luck, guess who ran up next to me.
"Hey, Jon!" Evan says with a smile.
I just sighed and kept walking.
"I tried calling you last night. You didn't pick up... why's that?" He asked.
I shrugged and kept my distance.
"Can you give me an actual answer?"
I didn't say or do anything.
"Jon."
He stands in front of me and grabs my shoulders which I highly tensed up by.
"I know I screwed up. I know I embarrassed you. I know I pretty much ruined your life. But can you at least talk to me? Can you at least... forgive me?"
That's when I started to burst.
"Forgive you?! Why the fuck would I want to do that?! All you cared about was popularity and girls! Yet here I was by your side the whole time and what do I get? An embarrassing video that'll be on me for years! So if you think I'll forgive you that easily, then you're wrong! It'll take something big to make me forgive you."
He stood there stunned. I walked away but only to forget something else.
"Oh and I hope your girlfriend will like this necklace. Because I sure will not miss at all. Goodbye, Evan," I said
I snapped the necklace off of me and threw it to him then continued walking away from him. That's when I heard gasping and sniffling. Taking a glance, I see Evan slowly picking up the necklace with tears down his cheeks.
My heart felt broken but I soon wiped the tears and continued walking.
Not only leaving Evan there, but leaving Evan's life.
