Haruhi's P.O.V.

"Thank you Hikaru."

I couldn't believe Hikaru and Kaoru would do this. Seriously. It was too nice. Something was up.

"I love this Hikaru. The bright sun, the glistening waterfall, the gorgeous cherry blossoms...but what's the catch?"

"What?"

"Oh come on. There's no way you and Kaoru, the infamous Hitachiin Twins, did this just because."

Hikaru had a confused look in his face, it was kind of adorable. "We did this because we thought you deserved it."

"Really?" I could tell he was getting mad.

"Of course! Why don't you believe me!"

I had to figure out why he was doing this.

"Well, I believe that Kaoru would do this." I said.

"What!"

Now he was really getting angry.

"Ya, I mean he's really sweet and you're," I had to break him, "not".

"That's crazy! If anything I'm the sweet one!"

"Last time I check sweet guys don't yell."

"You know what, fine! If you don't want to believe me then you can just stay here with sweet Kaoru!" Hikaru yelled as he frantically stormed off.

Suddenly, Kaoru jumped out from behind one of the trees. "Hikaru wait!"

Hikaru didn't even turn around.

"I'm sorry Haruhi, Hikaru is just a bit frustrated right now. He really wants to ask you if-" He stopped himself. "I've said too much. Haruhi you have to get him back! Hurry!"

He was still within earshot of us, so I called Hikaru's name. I know he heard me because he slowed down, but then he picked up the pace again and began speed walking.

I started running after him and when I finally caught up, I grabbed his wrist and turned him around.

Tears were steaming down his cheeks.
