knock knock
why isn't he answering?
"kj!" i yell while pounding at the door.
"why did he run off like that?" camila's worried.
"i don't know.." lili puts her hand on camila's shoulder.
i turn the knob and it turns out it's unlocked.
but what i saw after the door opened was shocking.
"kj!" i scream, "camila! call 9-1-1! fuck!" i run to kj's hanging body and climb up on the stool.
"call ross too." i order shakily, tears in my eyes.
"yes." camila says over the phone, "thank you, thank you so much.."
she hangs up her phone and looks at her girlfriend who's on the phone with ross.
"come here now. we need your help. thanks." lili's crying.
ross gets here mere seconds after we called him, he does live close by.
he runs in, "what do you nee-"
and sees kj.
"help me get him down!" i yell in desperation.
ross kind of holds what he can of kj and i cut the rope, and ross is now holding him bridal style.
he sets him down on the couch as soon as the ambulance gets here so they rush in and take over.
doing cpr.
putting him on the little bed, taking him to the ambulance.
we all follow them.
and once he's in, they start with the defibrillator and drive away.
leaving the four of us standing there in hope.
hope that kj survives.
