Chapter 4:

Serena's POV:

"Good evening S," I hear a voice say from behind me. I turn around to find Elijah. A smirk finds its way on my face.

"Hello lusty Lijah, how are you?" I asked. He smirked at me.

"Lusty Lijah? I'm fine how are you?" He asked.

"Well yeah, your frickin' adorable! And I'm great, just been shopping." I said as I lifted my bags up.

"Do you need a hand bringing them in?" He asked.

"Sure if you don't mind. Have you been invited in though?" I asked.

"Of course I have." He smirked.

"God the Mikaelson boys need to stop smirking today. I swear I'm going to get a heart attack." I chuckled.

"You saw another Mikaelson today?" He asked, frowning.

"Nik or shall I say Klaus paid a little visit to Mystic Falls today. I must say he's getting closer to the doppelgänger, you will protect my sister right?" I asked.

"I give you my word I will protect her." He smiled. He then took the bags from me and helped me carry them up the steps to the house.

I took out my keys to unlock the door. We snuck up to my room and he put my bags on the bed.

"Thank you Elijah." I said. His phone buzzed.

"No problem," he said, smiling back at me. He then pulled out his phone and a frown appeared on his face. "Damon and Alaric are in a little trouble. Care to join me? Warning I will kill people."

"I'd love to. Lijah?" I said holding out an arm for him. He hooked his arm through mine and he vamp sped us to the Salvatore Boarding house.

•Salvatore Boarding House•

"You looking for this?" I hold out the moonstone and look at Elijah, who stood beside me smirking.

I place it on the table in front of me and smirk at them. "Go ahead take it." I said.

One of the wolves using his wolf speed, rushes towards the moonstone but Elijah plunges his hand in the wolfs chest and rips the heart out.

Two other wolves lunge at us. I close my eyes and stick my hand out to push them but after a few seconds nothing happens to me.

I open my eyes to see two dead werewolves and a shocked Damon and Elijah.

"Don't you boys know it's rude to stare?" I replied sarcastically.

I saw another wolf standing there looking scared. "What about you sweetheart? Wanna try? Yeah? No? Yeah?" I smirked. "Where's the girl?"

"I don't know," Damon replied, looking around.

"It doesn't really matter," Elijah said. He punches the wolf in the face. The wolf falls to the ground and Elijah breaks the chains that were restraining Damon.

"How did you do that?" Damon asked.

"Do what?" I asked, frowning.

"She clearly doesn't know. I thought you were smart Damon. She's a witch and I'm guessing someone's been unfaithful." Elijah explained.

"Isobel always has been a skank, I guess I just wanted to be John's daughter since he is caring and fatherly. He doesn't know either than." I said.

"I'm gonna just," I pointed to the door. "You know what forget it. I'll see you later Lijah, Damon."

I ran off from the house and headed for Wickery Bridge. Once I got their I climbed over the railing and sat on it.

I heard a car screech from behind me as it came to a stop. I heard the car door open.

"Please tell me your not gonna jump." Matt called. I turned around and smiled at him.

"Don't worry. I just wanted to see something. Do you wanna hang out?" I asked.

"I'm breaking up with you. I'm sorry but I'm just not over Caroline." He said.

"It's fine honestly. I've never loved anyone as more than a friend but that's just me. Never able to find love." I smiled at him, then hopped back over the railing in the road side.

"Can you drop me home? I'm really tired." I said. He nodded. I jumped into the car and he drove me home.

When I got in I ran to Jenna's room since she was probably lying in bed reading her book.

"Jenna?" I cried bursting through her bedroom door. She looked up at me.

I ran to the bed and hugged her. She moves over to make room for me. I jumped in and she hugged me.

"Shhh, your okay. Don't cry hun." She cooed.

"I love you, Jenna. Thank you for being there for me." I whispered.

"I love you too, S." she whispered back.

I fell asleep in her arms and she fell asleep too.

Hey, Matt broke up because Tyler said to him that he should be good to Caroline and needs her. Do you remember that scene?? Well anyways yeah.

Also the time has come for Serena and Damon to blossom! 💞
