Chapter 23:

Serena's POV:

"Let's go, we have one more stop before we leave." Klaus said. We nodded and followed him out into his car.

We drove for a while until we pulled up at a warehouse. I didn't question  it I just followed him inside with Stefan trailing behind.

Inside the warehouse was 5 coffins. Klaus walks over to one and I follow to see Elijah is in there.

"Elijah," I whispered as I leant over and stroked his face. "I hope to see you again soon Lijah."

"You'll see him soon enough," Klaus said as he stared at me. I felt uncomfortable so I walked off over to Stefan.

"I suppose brother, you've been reunited with out family." Klaus said looking down at Elijah.

Klaus then looks at the two other men in the warehouse. "Put him with the others. We're leaving town tonight." Klaus ordered.

They nodded and walked over to the coffin moving it with the others.

"Yay Family road trip," I said sarcastically. "The Rippah, The Hybrid, The Heretic and The 5 Coffins of Dead Originals! What a functional family!"

Klaus laughed. "Who's the heretic?" Klaus asked.

"Me obviously. The signs are there, I'm a witch and a vampire. How? I don't bloody know." I said.

"God you sounded like Rebekah then." Klaus said.

"Tell me about her?" I asked.

"Okay in the car." Klaus said smiling softly.

Stefan's phone pinged and I vamp sped over to look. There was a message from Elena.

"So...did Katerina make it in time?" Klaus asked.

"You won't be seeing her again you know?" Stefan said.

"Because she's on Vervain? I've been around for a long time, Stefan. I rarely get played for a fool. Besides she won't get far. You'll help me see to that."

"What is it you really want from me?" Stefan asked.

"All we be explained in time. Once we leave this tragic little town." Klaus said.

"Then are we done here?" Stefan asked. "Can we go?"

"Not quite, you see I have a gift for you." Klaus said.

"Playing hard to get Klaus? Stefan doesn't want you sorry." I said. Stefan chuckled a little.

A girl walked in and stood still. "Come here sweetheart. Don't be afraid." Klaus said to her.

She took slow cautious steps over. Klaus looks over at Stefan. "See, I wanna make sure you honour our deal... that you'll be of use to me."

Klaus bit into the girls neck and drinks a bit of her blood then pulls away.

"I could have compelled her to behave, but a real ripper enjoys the hunt." Klaus said.

Klaus releases her and she runs off screaming. Stefan vamp sped in front of her and bit into her neck. Draining her slowly till she falls limp in his arms and she drops to the ground.

Klaus took a look at Stefan. "Now we can go." He said.

God I can't wait to write the Mikaelson ball! I love the Mikaelsons more than my own family for heavens sake 😂 Not lying though I honestly do. My mom dissed Klaus and I legit cried 😂😂
