Chapter 14:

Serena's POV:

Everyone started walking in class and taking there seats. I wonder who we've got today since Ric is gone.

I looked at Elena to see her holding a poster with a huge smile on her face. Stefan said no so she turned to me and Bonnie.

We both nodded to say yes and then Elena turned back to Stefan. Then Ric walks in the classroom and everyone goes quiet.

I jump out of my seat and run to Ric giving him a hug. "I thought you were dead," I whispered.

"Meh, I had the ring. Did you get home safely? And the injury is it healed?" He whispered back.

"You did that? How?" I asked.

"It wasn't me. Klaus." He whispered.

"You spoke to him?"

"No he wanted to use me as leverage but one of the warlocks helped me out." Ric said. I nodded.

I turned back round and everyone was staring at me like I was crazy. "Stop being nosey little fuckers!" I said to them. Alaric and Stefan chuckled but Bonnie and Elena looked shocked.

I walked back to my seat and sat down. "Hello class. What are we learning today..." Ric said.

"With the decade dance tonight, we've been covering the sixties all week." Dana replied.

"Right, the sixties." Alaric said. He looked beside me to someone. I look to see its Elena. He then coughs and turns to the board. He turns to the board.

"The, uh, ahem." Ric said as he starts to write the sixties on the board.

"The sixties. I wish there was something good I could say about the sixties but... Actually they kinda sucked." Alaric started. "Except for The Beatles of course. They made it bearable. Uh... what else was there? The Cuban missile thing, the... we walked on the moon. There was watergate."

"Watergate was the seventies Ric," she chuckled then covered it with a cough. "I mean, Mr Saltzman."

"Right," he smiled. "It all kind of mushes together up here, the sixties, seventies. Thank you Elena."

"Are you okay?" I mouthed to Ric. He nodded to say yes so I smiled at him.

The rest of the lesson went by quickly and soon enough it was lunch. I got up and walked to the cafeteria and saw Bonnie and Elena.

I walked over to join them taking a seat. "Hey guys, what's going on?" I asked.

"I told Jeremy he had to dress up tonight and he got all uptight." Bonnie said. I chuckled.

Dana walked up to us with a big grin on her face. "Hey Elena, Serena, this is going to sound freaky but this totally hot guy asked me to ask if your going to the dance tonight." She said.

"Tell him they have boyfriends," Bonnie said.

"You could at least meet him. He'll be at the dance tonight. Look for him. His names Klaus." She said. Elena gasped.

"I'm sorry what did you just say?" Elena asked.

"His names Klaus. I know the names stupid but I swear he's hot." Dana said. Bonnie looks around.

"Where is he? Is he here?" Bonnie asked.

"I don't know," Dana said.

"She's being compelled," Elena said.

"But he wants to know if you'll save him the last dance, Elena and Serena. How cute is that?" Dana squealed.

"Sure why not..." I said. Elena and Bonnie looked at me like I'm crazy. "Well he's had many chances to hurt me but he hasn't yet sooo..."
Dana walked away.

"What about your boyfriend?" Elena asked raising her eyebrow.

"It's not like he is actually going to come near us. We have Stefan and Damon for that." I said. "Speaking of let's go see them."

They both nodded in agreement so we got up and I drove us to the Salvatore Boarding house.

Klaus's POV:

Dana walked into the classroom to me. "Is the deed done?" I asked she nodded. "What were there responses?"

"Well Elena looked scared. Bonnie looked weary." She said.

"And what of Serena?" I asked.

"Serena looked relaxed. She said 'sure why not' when I told her you asked for the last dance." Dana said. I smiled.

"You may go. Tell no one about anything that happened and forget it all," I compelled her. She nodded repeating it then left.

Earlier when Serena hugged me she smelt wonderful like Lilac and Cinnamon. Her scent still can be smelt on these clothes.

Bring! Bring!

I picked up the phone. "Hello?"

Hey Ric I need you to come over.

"Okay I'm on my way." I replied then put the phone down. I got up and drove off to the Salvatores.

Hey,

I also wrote a new Teen Wolf fanfic I will be releasing soon after I finish this book or my 'The 100' fanfic. They're all going to have a book 2.

I'm writing 5 different fanfics at the moment and posting one or more chapters a week each. I'm quite proud.
