Chapter 22:

Serena's POV:

I groaned a little as I moved forward, trying to get on a more comfortable position.

As I leaned forward I felt someone's abs. I propped myself up on my elbows and looked over to see Klaus naked beside me. He was just waking up and looking around.

"Oh my god!" I gasped. I pulled out a sweater from my little bag and threw it at him then covered my eyes.

He covered himself so he was slightly decent. Pulled my hand away from my eyes slowly. Klaus laughed a little.

"Not funny! I probably touched your hooha while I was asleep. Eugh!" I moaned.

"It's quite funny. Not too long ago you were all friendly with me and now I'm not a wolf your back to hostile Serena." Klaus said smiling.

"You've been busy," Elijah said as he threw Klaus some clothes. I got up and turned around dusting my clothes off while Klaus got dressed.

"That was amazing. How long has it been." Klaus asked.

"Almost 2 days. Full moon came and went. You remained a wolf." Elijah said. "And Serena remained by your side."

"Hey I'm a sucker for werewolves. They're adorable." I said. Klaus laughed.

"I'll keep that in mind." Klaus said.

"No you won't. I'm not doing it again because I'm never going to see you again." I said.

"What? Why?" Elijah asked.

"Goodbye Elijah," I said as I walked over to hug him. He wrapped his arms around me hugging me tightly.

"Goodbye Serry," Elijah said as we pulled away. I laughed snivelling a little.

"Oh god I'm crying," I said laughing. "I better get going. I need to collect Jeremy and visit Jenna's grave. Goodbye wolfie."

"You can't go, your the next phase of my plan. Also your precious Damon is going to die." Klaus said.

"I'm not part of anyone's plan. Goodbye Klaus." I said then I sped off.

•Cemetery•

I arrived at the cemetery and started walking around in search of a grave and what I found was worse.

I dropped to the ground and burst out crying. Both John and Jenna were dead.

The people who had helped bring me up were now dead. I crawled over to their graves and lay inbetween them slowly falling to sleep.

I woke up later on and it was pitch black. Someone snaked their arm around my waist and picked me up.

I opened my eyes to see Klaus carrying me and vamp sped us away. I wanted to stop him but I couldn't move. I was paralysed by the shock.

Klaus bought me to Alaric's apartment and put me in the bedroom. He lay me on the bed as I curled into a ball and he placed the blanket on me.

Klaus went to walk out of the room when I sat up and spoke.
"I don't want to cry anymore," I said.

Klaus turned around and looked at me with a look of guilt.

"It's all your fault. You killed Jenna, Elena and now my dad is dead." I said. "I'm not going to turn off the switch though because I'm stronger than that."

Klaus walked over and put his hand out but I flinched. "You really think I'd hurt you?" Klaus asked looking hurt.

"Your unpredictable. I wouldn't know what your going to do. It's not all your fault though. Elena is the reason everyone dies around here." I said. Klaus sat on the bed next to me.

"Serena, You are strong. Your the humanity in this town. If anyone could ever make someone happy when they're down it's you." Klaus said. I smiled weakly at him.

"Why do you need for you next phase?" I asked.

"Believe or not but I used to know Stefan. You and Stefan are going to accompany me on my trip to make hybrids." Klaus said.

"Why me though?" I asked.

"Your very persuasive and I need someone like you. Witches like you because your one of them." Klaus said.

"I think you have a guest," I said to Klaus.

Klaus got up and turned to face me. "Bathrooms there if you want to get freshened up and I still have your clothes in a bag over there." He said then walked out.

I walked over to the bag picking it up and placing it on the bed. I set up some clothes then left to take a shower.

After I got out of the shower I wrapped a towel around me and walked out of the bathroom into the bedroom.

I quickly shoved on my clothes. (Clothing above in pic) Then I left the bedroom and walked into the living room/kitchen to see Klaus forcing Stefan to drink from a blood bag.

I felt the veins of hunger creeping up on my face but I closed my eyes and tried to ease them. There was a whoosh behind me.

"You need to feed love or you'll desiccate." Klaus whispered.

"I'm still part witch so I'll eat human food." I said. "Then for a drink I'll drink blood."

"Have a blood bag then and I'll let it go." Klaus said.

"Fine if you tell me why Stefan is here," I said.

"Damon got bit by a wolf and my blood is the cure. Stefan gave himself over to me in return for the cure." Klaus said as he picked up a blood bag and held it out for me. "Katherine has gone to give Damon the cure."

I took the blood bag from him and started to sip from it till it was empty. "There you go," I said. "Now when are you kidnapping me with Steffie pop here?"

I walked over to Stefan and sat on his lap. "Are you going to be able to control the bloodlust?" I whispered. Stefan shook his head.

"I'll help you. Just don't push me out through your struggle." I whispered.

"Okay S," he whispered back. Klaus walked over and everything became silent

"Sharing secrets are we?" Klaus asked.

"Let's go, we have one more stop before we leave." Klaus said. We nodded and followed him out into his car.
