Bridges-Simon Baum
•Bailey's POV•
"Bailey, come on!" A drunk Lindsay giggled as she tried to pull me onto the dance floor. "I know you love this song." Stormzy's Big For Your Boots played in the background putting me in a slightly less antsy mood.
"Fine but it's just for one song." I reasoned with her standing up from my previous position of watching her dance at the bar.
"Yay!" She cheered pulling me on to the floor. I kept my vision straight, not wanting to see anyone I wanted to avoid and scare myself. "Just let loose for once." She laughed and started to dance around happily.
I gently shrugged my shoulders with a light laugh.
"You're lucky you're my best friend." I joked and started to dance to and sing along to Stormzy.
We laughed and joked as though no one was watching, until Tobi came to dance with Lindsay.
"I think I'll head out for a smoke." I basically shouted to Lindsay so she could hear me.
"No, there's some people I want you to meet first!" She yelled back, taking my hand and dragging me straight towards worst nightmare.
"Guys this is that famous Bailey I wanted you all to meet!" Lindsay jumped up and down slightly when she said that as she presented me like a proud mum. I looked down to the dark floor
"Bailey, this is Ethan, Josh and Simon and that's Emily, Ethan's girlfriend and that's Freya, Josh's fiancé." I scanned each of their faces, all but Simon's showing shock.
"Hey." I replied, looking over to Lindsay to see her smile widen causing a small one to be drawn onto my face also.
"It's nice to meet you." Freya was the first to speak.
"You too." I couldn't help but smile at her, every memory of just us two sitting and talking when the guys were asleep. Due to my slightly better sleep schedule, her, Lewis and I had became pretty good friends.
"I'll be back in a minute." Lindsay said quickly leaving me with the exact reason I regretted agreeing to even come here.
