"Niall get your knee fixed." I rush out before he clicks end call. I told him that every time we talked because I want him to get it fixed. Louis laughs from behind me. "What?" I look over my shoulder.

"He won't get it done until you are beside him again." Louis chuckles.

"How do you know that?" I cross my arms.

"You love each other. I heard it." Louis smiles.

"YOU SUCK!" I scream tackling him. "I repeat: this is my love life! ELEANOR! LOUIS WAS A BAD BOY!"

"What did he do?" Eleanor sighs.

"He was snooping around in my love life." I complain.

"I talked to you about this last night mister." Eleanor scolds helping me up.

"I sorry." Louis says in a baby voice. I roll my eyes, pulling him to his feet. "But seriously, he won't to it until you are together again."

"It's the best Christmas present he could give me." I mutter. I want him to be ok again.

"We gotta go to sleep or Santa will see us!" Danny exclaims bouncing in the room. "Grandma and I put out cookies and milk! Leggo!"

"We'll be up in a minute bud." Louis nods.

"Fine." Danny huffs grabbing my hand. We go upstairs into our room. Last week we had all went out to the shops and bought matching pajamas. I think it's stupid but oh well, you can't have everything.

I snatch my PJ's out of my suitcase then walk into the bathroom. I toss off my Christmas jumper. It was Rudolph. I slip off my jeans and pull a red long sleeve shirt on. The trim was lace that I loved. The bottoms were green/white plaid fleece. I undo the braid in my hair, changing it to a bun on top of my head. I toss the clothes I was wearing today into a hamper. Dan was already changed.

"Alright, hugs!" Louis shouts walking in the door with El.

"Yay!" Danny squeals running over to them. "Merry Christmas daddy! Merry Christmas mummy!" I dig my head into my hands, fighting back tears. I had been able to go the whole day without thinking about her and now would be hardest. My hand is grabbed and I am dragged into the hallway.

"Look at me." Louis lifts my head up as tears trickle down my cheeks. We stare at each other for a few minutes until he pulls me off the ground. I wrap my arms around his neck and my legs around his waist beginning to sob. "Shhh. This is Christmas, you should be happy babe. Your mum would want you to be having a good time, not walking around feeling sorry for yourself. She's in a better place."

"Ugh." I groan laying my head against his shoulder. "That's what everyone says."

"I know." Louis laughs.

"Then why are you saying it to me?" I snap.

"Because you have never heard the words, everything will be ok." Louis smiles at me. It was true. Even my mum hadn't told me that when she was alive.

"How did you know that?" I ask, my eyes flickering across his features.

"I didn't until just now." Louis smirks.

"I hate you." I mumble.

"I hate you too." Louis tells me.

"I will drop kick you across the world if you say that again." I murmur.

"Really?" His eyes widen.

"Have I ever joked around before?" I raise an eyebrow.

"No." Louis squeaks.
