"Where do I know you from?" I asked putting my rifle to his neck.
"Alex alex stop!" He tried to move back and flinch away from the gun. "Its me! Justin! Dia little brother!"
My face froze I thought he was dead. Slowly lowering my gun as I starred at him. I saw him killed. How is he still here... theres no way this can be him!
I snatched him up and pressed the gun to his neck again growling my words at him. "Im going to ask you again and this time don't lie to me!..."
He started to cry repeatedly saying "Im not lying let me explain!" I sat back and listened.
"That night...after my mom and dad were killed and you and dia ran out the room I was hiding under my bed. A man came and and snatched me from under dragging me to see the the face that took my parents..." he started crying uncontrollably. He was so young when this happened I felt bad for making him relive it. But I had to know how he survived.
"After I seen the women she pulled me close rubbing my head and sang in my ear...it was so soft...so motherly...it only frightened me more as I looked at my dead parents faces laying there on the living room carpet. She said everything is going to be alright and it will all be over soon... then I looked to the side and saw you and dia... I tried to go to you. You both looked as frightened as I did but when I took that step...."
He looked at his stomach and closed his eyes "She drove a knife through me...ii thought for sure I was dead...as I laid there bleeding out. I remember watching everything go blurry then black. But then I awoke in a hospital. I was all alone. I remember asking the doctors and nurses if they found you guys. But they said the only bodies found were mine and my parents."
He looked at me.
"So from when I was realised from my foster home at 18 almost 7 years later I started a search for you and dia praying I would find you. I spent 4 years trying to track you down."
"And how did you know it was me?" I asked.
He nodded towards my scare. "Your build and your scare..." shrugs "went off on a limb."
"You could have lost a limb! I could have killed you!" I yelled at him frustrated.
"But you didn't..." he looked at me. "Now you have to explain your side of the story cause you were also supposed to be dead." I looked at my watch there was no time.
"Later" I mumbled untying him and dragging him with me. I shot him in the neck with my sleeping gun then carried him home. Then I got ready to see "Ashley".
