It had been a few hours since Luke, Rey, and Kiandra had arrived. The two women had opted to go back down the hill to collect their things and to speak with Chewbacca and R2, while Luke had chosen to stay with his uncle. The view from up top was positively stunning, and the wind was hitting them at just the right angle to be comforting and not a nuisance.

"What of your mother?" His uncle spoke up, pulling Luke from the beautiful view. He pictured his mother, her brownish-grayish hair, soft smile, kind eyes, and loving embrace. Then he thought of the sadness. The ever-growing sadness.

"She's lonely and sad. Those are the most accurate words," Luke shrugged, returning his gaze to the ocean. A bird flew by, and he could see creatures jumping into the air then diving back into the waters. Hopefully one day he could swim in those waters. They reminded him of Naboo, where he had grown up. Oh, how he missed his old home. His uncle hummed softly in response, he too was looking over the water.

"I'm sorry to hear that," his uncle glanced over at him before returning his stare to the ocean. "I know what you're going through with your brother is difficult. Your mother had to deal with that too. Right now all you can do is be ready. I'll prepare you," Uncle Luke spoke firmly before directing him to the center of the hill.

"First, I believe you should master levitation. It can be extremely useful in many situations. It was one of the first skills my master taught me. Watch," his uncle stated before the man began to lift into the air along with rocks and some plants.

"Whoa...cool," Luke whispered in awe as his uncle moved the objects through the air and levitated his saber from its holding place into his hand. "How can you levitate so much at once?" He asked, tilting his head to the side, staring expectantly at Uncle Luke.

"It takes quite the amount of concentration, I can tell you that," he chuckled at Luke's awe. "You'll soon be able to do the same, trust me," his uncle reassured him. "First, I want you to try levitating yourself. It will be the hardest thing to accomplish today, but it will make the rest of what I just showed you seem very simple."

Luke nodded slowly and closed his eyes, imagining an invisible force whisking him into the air. It didn't happen. He tried again and got a few inches off of the ground before he abruptly fell right back on it. With a huff, he said, "I can't do that."

Uncle Luke sighed and paced for a few moments. "Do it again," he ordered, and so Luke closed his eyes again, this time imagining his mother and father were there, and his father lifted him into the air to sit atop his shoulders. When he opened his eyes he could see that he was in fact, a few feet off of the ground.

As soon as he realized he wasn't really sitting on his father's shoulders, that his father was dead, he slammed into the ground, his head hitting a rock. The last thing he saw was his uncle's face of panic before everything went black.

"Oh, Force," Luke gasped as his nephew blacked out. He ran over to the boy and carefully hefted him up into his arms, carrying him into a small cave where Luke had a makeshift bed. "Oh, Father, why did I let you convince me that this was a good idea?" He muttered to himself while hastily tending to the boy. There was a steady stream of blood oozing from the back of the boy's skull, and Luke had to scramble around searching for something to staunch it.

When he did finally come into possession of something that could help his nephew, he immediately wrapped the bandage around the back of his skull and across his forehead, looping it around a few times to make it tight. The blood continued to flow for a few moments, staining the white cloth a deep red, before it finally began to let up. Luke sighed in relief that his nephew was alright.

As Luke Solo started to sleep off the makings of a concussion, he laid a blanket over the boy sitting on the rock beside him to make sure he didn't stir or endure more pain. A few feet away he could hear two voices approach. Quickly, Luke stood up and hurried over to meet them. "Oh, thank the Force! Did you bring any medical supplies or pain relievers?" Luke asked the two women.

Both looked surprised to be bombarded so suddenly, but Rey nodded slowly. "Quickly, follow me," he ushered the two of them into the alcove and gestured for them to set their bags down. "He hit his head. I'm not exactly sure how hard, but hard enough for a concussion. When he wakes, he'll certainly have a nasty headache."

Rey's eyes widened as Kiandra grimaced. The two set to work, rifling through each bag until they came across the one with medical supplies. "Ah, here we are. We can use these when he wakes!" Rey smiled, having been the one to find the bag.

"Well, how did he hit his head anyway?" Kiandra piped up, leaning up against the wall of the cave, tossing a blaster back and forth between her hands. Luke glanced over at her, momentarily having forgotten she was there.

"Well...we were training-" Luke started to say before Kiandra's eyes flared and she interrupted him.

"You started training without us! You should have waited, see what you did because you did this without us," Kiandra gestured to his nephew's sleeping form. Luke was taken back at how volatile this woman was. One second calm, and then the next exploding with anger.

"Miss Kiandra. If you could be calm for a moment, you'd hear that I was elaborating on something he had already been working on. He is already more advanced than the both of you, seeing as how he's been taught since he was but a young child. He was levitating himself in the air when he got distracted and fell, immediately falling into unconsciousness."

Kiandra's cheeks flushed and Rey put a hand on her shoulder. At least the woman knew she messed up, he thought. Beside them, his nephew groaned and began to sit up.

"Luke!" He smiled and knelt beside the boy. His nephew scowled in confusion.

"Who's Luke? Who are you, where am I?"
