Cynthia's POV

"Cynthia, you have to take us shopping today!"

"But it's school today!"

"Shit! I forgot well take us tomorrow then."

"Fine Anna, what ever."

I've been trying to decide whether or not to go. Well it is in my house so it's not like I can't actually be there.

I walked over to Nat and sat down.

"So are you going to Julian's party?"

"Oh, you heard?"

"Everyone's heard. Well are you!?"

"I don't know. Probably not."

"Why not?"

"Parties, there just not my thing."

"Well you better start making them your thing because your going to that damn party. J!"

"What?"

"Come here!"

"Why?"

"Just get your ass down here now!"

"What do you want?"

"Do you think that Cindy should go to Julian's party?"

"Well, you don't really have a choice. I mean it is in your house. Isn't it."

"Point taken."

"Do you still need me?"

"No. You can go away now."

"I have to go and buy Anna's and Driss' dresses tomorrow."

"I should come and then we can buy your dress!"

"Who said I'm going?"

"I did, now stop complaining!"

"Fine, I'll go. They're not even gonna know its me anyway, right?"

"Exactly!"

"Ok, but your coming as well!"

"But I'm not invited."

"Ill just invite you over to my house and we just so happened to have it arranged on the exact same night and time as the party! oops?"

"Hahaha you sneaky bitch!"

"Thank you!"

Byron walked over and started talking to us about the party.

"What's so interesting about this stupid party? lets talk about something else!"

"Like what?"

"I don't know, Byron! You think of something!"

"Like what?"

"I don't know just something other than this stupid party!"

I felt a pair of eyes glaring holes into my back. I turned around to face Julian.

"I hope you're not talking about my party."

"Don't worry, so do I." I mumbled under my breathe.

"So are you guys going?"

"No."

"Yes."

We said in unison.

"Well I mean we're not invited."

"Well you're not invited, but these guys are." he said with his smart ass voice and handed J, Nat and Byron an invitation.

"I expect to see you guys there." he turned on his heels and walked away.

"Awe I expect to see you guys there, oh brother" I mocked.

"You really don't like him. Why not?"

"I don't know. We've just both always hated each other."

I really hate him.

Julian's POV

I looked up what masquerade meant in the dictionary. Apparently it means 'a masked ball'.

So far no one has said anything bad about the theme.

I've been handing out invitation for about ten minutes now. So far 30 people are coming.

I walked up behind Carly and her friends.

"Hey Julian!"

"Hey Carly."

"What a pleasure to see you."

"You saw me like five minutes ago."

"Yeah, and that was too long."

"Yeah yeah. so I have these invitations..."

"Yes of course we'll come!"

"Well, I was actually going to say can you hand them out for me."

"Oh. Yeah I'll do that to."

"Good I have about 40, can you manage that?"

"Yes, of course."

"Good." I turned around and started handing out more invitations.

I am gonna invite Carly, I just want to see how far she goes.

I looked at Cynthia and her friends and decided to cause some trouble.

"I don't know anything other than that stupid party!"

"I hope you're not talking about my party."

I heard Cynthia mumble something under her breathe.

"So are you guys going?"

"No."

"Yes." they said at the same time.

"I mean, we're not invited."

"You're not, but these two are." I said handing Jayden and Natasha an invite.

"I expect to see you guys there." it turned around and walked away.

I will give Cynthia and invite, but at the right time. I want to have a little fun first.
