Woohoo we made it to 300! Yay! Thank you so much!
Namjoon's Perspective
We had forty five minutes before the show. I saw an adorable little candy shop on the way to her house. It was pastel pink on the outside and the font looked like the font from Disney. It was small and looked welcoming, and it was close to the school.
When we arrived she looked at the small shop with adoration. "It looks so small and cute." She said with a smile.
"Yup." I smiled at her. "The inside is just as adorable." I guessed.
We walked inside and she looked amazed at the contents of it. The candy shop was painted white with pastel pink about four feet from the ground. There was shelves full of candy from candied apples to chocolates to fresh fudge. At the back of the shop there was a cashier and on the left side there were four booths.
It looked small and adorable yet cozy. "Choose what ever you want." I told Jenny as I looked for some sweets for myself.
"Really?" She asked with pure excitement in both her expression and tone.
I chuckled at her cuteness and nodded with a smile.
I, myself, don't like candy very much but I should treat myself too. I walked around the shop and stared at all the candy. The shop looked like it had an aesthetic. Every candy was either pastel pink or pastel purple. How do you even get chocolate in pastel colors? It was pleasing to the eye.
I settled on chocolate covered pretzels and a juice. Jenny, though, had five different bags of chocolate, two bags of skittles, a bag of starburst, and a container of ice cream.
"Can you even eat all that?" I asked as I looked at her skeptically.
"Of course I can." She answered with confidence. We placed our sweets on the counter and waited patiently for the cashier to charge us.
I paid and led Jenny to one of the booths lining the left wall. We sat down and an uncomfortably awkward silence fell upon us.
"So..." I began. I didn't really know what I was going to say. "How can you eat so much candy at once?" I asked as she stuffed her mouth with ice cream while opening a bag of chocolate.
She put up her index finger as a sign to wait and slowly swallowed her ice cream. "I have a really big sweet tooth." She explained.
"Ahh" I nodded in understanding.
"You don't like candy?" She asked suddenly as she grabbed a handful of chocolate.
"No, actually as a kid my mom wouldn't let me eat too much of it so when I did start eating, I didn't like it as much as I thought I would." I explained.
"Wow. You're the first person I've met who doesn't like candy."
Jimin's Perspective
"Are you sure they're in there?" Yoongi asked as he parked the car in front of the small candy shop.
"Yes I'm sure." I pointed to the only other car in the parking lot. "See! That's his car!"
"Did you follow him or something?" He asked slightly annoyed.
"I have a right to follow him. He's basically family." I countered.
He sighed and got out of the car. I opened my door and stepped out and towards the front door. When we stepped inside we immediately heard laughing and I slightly doubted them being here. Namjoon is so awkward, it'd be a miracle if he got Jenny to laugh.
"I guess you were right." Yoongi said as he looked at the couple sitting in a booth by the left wall.
She was laughing. And she was laughing not at him, but with him. The scene was so heartwarming and precious, I couldn't resist taking my phone out and stealing a quick picture.
"Are we done?" Yoongi whispered to me, he didn't want to disturb the couple.
"Yeah, we're done here." I whispered my reply.
"Ok lets go, we don't wanna bother them." He whispered to me as he dragged me out of the shop.
When we got in the car I examined the photo closely. They looked so adorable together.
"Namjoon better ask her out today." I said as Yoongi turned on the car.
"Let's hope he does."
