Chapter 23

Hayley's POV

It's been a month and today is October the 15. I've been super busy planing Skylars birthday which is tomorrow and then is Chris' birth day after that so I don't know what I'm getting them but I might just give Chris tickets to a hockey game. I don't know yet. Anyways the girls are helping me decorate the house for tomorrow and Ryan, Angelo and Devon invited there girlfriends to come stay with them a few weeks ago. I got along with them great and they are super awesome people. Right now Kylie, Kelly and Kim are making the cake for tomorrow and Sabrina, Allie and Cassie are decorating the house. The guys are calling and emailing people to come tomorrow and for Chris' birthday too. I'm calling Catalina my cousin to come here but she doesn't know who Skylar is.

"Hey! Baby what's up?" She said over the phone.

"hey nothing much just wanted to invite you over for a party we're having tomorrow for my baby Skylar" I said

"You had a baby?" She asked I can practically here her mouth drop.

"Well she didnt come out of me ...I adopted her" I said

"Aww I wanna see her!" She cried out

"Then come tomorrow there will be lots of people here an it'll be fun" I smiled

"Ok then ill start packing" I herd the excitement in her voice.

"Hey and bring clothes for 2 days I want you to stay for the second day too...we'll have another party so..." I said

"Ok ill see you there" she laughed

With that we hang up and Skylar woke up from her nap. She cried as she rubbed her eyes.

"Aw baby are you hungry?" I asked "lets go make you a bottle" I said picking her up she calmed down and rested her head on my shoulder. I walked down stairs to see Cassie an Allie hanging up a banner that said happy Birthday in big black and orange letters.

"Look baby that's for you!" I said to her. she looks and she smiled and claps her hands.

I kiss her check and she hugged my neck. I walk into the kitchen to where Kylie, Kelly and Kim are making 3 gains cakes.

"Oh my god are we even going to have that manny people here?" I asked. Kylie turns around cause her back was facing me. She has cake batter on her cheek chin and the side of her lips. I burst out laughing and then Kim turns around I stop laughing and we both look at her. She has cake batter on her cheek and her forehead and some In her bangs. I Burst into another fit of laughter and they both looks at me confused. Kelly seemed like the only one who wasn't messy.

"What?" They say cracking a smile

"You guys have cake batter all over your faces!" I said holding Skylar. She points and said "bapaba!" Smiling. They look at eachother and start laughing.

I walk over and start making Skylar her bottle. I make it and give it to her. I walk out to the back yard and sit in one of the pool side chairs with Skylar in my hands. I watch as Max and Amy play and chase each other around. Skylar finally finishes her bottle and I burp her. We soon just sit out side. It's not too sunny and it's not too dark. I soon see hands cover my eyes.

"Chris I know it's you" I giggle

"Damn!" He says chuckling and sits down on the grass next to me Indian style.

Skylar laughs at him and reaches her hands out for him to carry her. She opens and closes her palms repeatedly.

He also puts his hands out for her. Then he takes her and sits her on his legs. She giggled as he then stood her up on her feet. She just jumped in place.
