Chapter 12

My POV

            "Are you sure you still have to go?" Leah asks and I merely nod

            "Yeah, it's just better this way" I explain sadly and hug Leah. This morning we are leaving our plane is picking us up in Port Angeles at 7 this morning and it's already almost 6. We are outside of my Uncle Billy's house. There is Leah, Jake and Uncle Billy. I told Leah to make sure Seth did not come because I do not want to see him

            "I'm sorry Uncle Billy" I apologize to him and waves it off with his hand and smiles. Then Jake comes up to me,

            "Sorry I didn't stick up for you last night." He says

            "It's okay, I understand that's your pack and Sam's your Alpha. I would rather know that your loyalty lies with your Pack" I said and hug him

            "Well, we better get going" I say and that's when Travie comes back

            "Is that everything?" He asks and I nod.

            "Bye guys" I say one last time before turning away. I take a glance back and see Travis and Leah hugging one last time. He kisses her on the head and turns around walking in my direction. We both get into the car with Travis driving and the whole way to the airport it's nothing, but silence. We arrive at the airport and board the plane. We walk in and set all our bags down and Jordan comes out

            "Hey, I thought you guys were staying the whole summer? So my parent's didn't expect to get a phone call to come get you two" He says

            "Drama happened. Figured it'd be best to go home. They started judging me and called me a weird creature and told me I'm not supposed to be alive the usual you know" I say laughing it off. When in reality it hurts, but I won't ever tell anybody that.

            "Hey Lyss, Travis" My cousin Mona greets us. I look up and smile

            "Hey Mona, we ready for takeoff?" I ask wanting to take off as soon as possible

            "Are you guys sure this is a good idea? I promise your parent's I'd keep you two safe and help with whatever I can, but I just want to make sure you two are sure"

            "Yeah we're sure" Travis answers for me.

            "Okay" She walks away and we sit down getting ready for takeoff. We are instantly in the air and I feel the rush of adrenaline course itself throughout my whole body

            "Ready for home?" Travis asks me as we soar thru the sky and I nod

            "Yeah, ready for life in the fast lane again" I reply with a grin and he smiles. It was nice having that small vacation might as well get back to work once I'm home

            "Aye, time to wake up sleepy head" A voice says as they shake me awake. I look and see it's Jordan.

            "Travis?" I ask

            "Getting your bags." He simply replies. I nod and get up grabbing my purse, slipping my wig on

            "Ready?" I ask him.

            He gulps and nods "Yeah"

            "Head down. Close to me. No matter what they say don't reply"

            We walk out of the plane and instantly we hear fans screaming and that's when Travis comes running to us.

            "Okay everybody back up!" He shouts as we push our way thru the crowd me and Jordan keeping our heads down. I love my fans, but today I am not in the mood to deal with them
