I don't know his name, I don't know his story and I don't know what he's like. What if he's some crazy physco? What if he's really mean? What if he's a player? What if he's the guy every girl likes? What if...what if...

Stop with the what if's!

Now I need to make sure I don't drool over him. I have had my mouth open for a while now. I quickly close my mouth and turn back to reality. I see that the boy I think is heaven is the non-taken guy, Lucas. Well if he is taken by Lindsey or Hannah then I'd be shocked as they are molesting the other two at the moment. Thank god for that. But wait...what if Chloe or Libby fancies him? They'd probably get him, they're both really pretty, compared to me.

''So guys, this is Lacey! Her mom and my mom are really close.'' Lindsey introduces me to the boys and they all come up to me and introduce themselfs with an embrace like we have known eachother forever and haven't seen eachother for ages. Finally the guy I have been drooling over the whole time comes up to me.

''I'm Lucas, its nice to meet you Lacey.'' I smile at him and he smiles back. We awkwardly stand there for a few seconds and then he takes me in an embrace. I wrap my arms around him too, just to seem normal. I sniff in his scent and he smells gorgeous just like how he looks. He smells of one of those expensive aftershaves that I have always loved. I hope his scent sticks onto me. I then look to Libby to see if she looks annoyed that I'm hugging Lucas. She doesn't look annoyed, she's on her phone texting away to someone. I then turn to look at Chloe and that's when I see an annoyed bitchy expression. It is obvious now, she does fancy Lucas. Here comes competetion my friends.

Lucas pulls away slowly and then our eyes lock onto each others. I smile at him and he's grinning at me. It feels like it is just us two in the room when someone clears their throat. We both turn to see Chloe standing there looking innocent. She then pounces at Lucas into a hug and she then smirks at me, I raise an eyebrow at her to say wha? She then mouths, 'Don't worry, I'll tell you later.'' I force a smile at her and mouth Okay. Lucas pulls back much more quickly from Chloe then he did with me and they begin small talk.

''You guys ready for the party?'' Libby says and then everyone shouts yeah. Except me. I didn't even know there was a party. That's when I realise that everyone is dressed up in dresses and the boys in jeans and a shirt. I look over to Lindsey who seems to be snogging Stuart's face off. They then back off eachother and then she quickly pecks his cheek before taking his hand.

Everyone then starts walking down the stairs. The couples holding hands and walking next to eachother and then Chloe and Lucas. I walk down with Libby. ''I think you might need to know something now, Chloe has had a crush on Lucas for ages and Lucas has never been interested in her. Mainly because she has red hair. Thats really mean of him isn't it?'' I nod and she then carries on. ''He likes brunettes and when I came into this crew, if you'd like to call it that, I had a crush on him and he had a crush on me. We went out, Chloe found out and she tried to get rid of me. She turns physco for the guy.''

''Really?'' My eyes widen. Why is she still in the group if she's a physco?

''Yes really. By the looks of things you like him and he did his signature slow embrace with you to show he likes he too.'' I scratch the back of my neck, did I make it that obvious? ''Don't worry, I think I was the only one who saw you drooling over him.'' I begin laughing and so does she.

''I wasn't drooling now was I?'' I laugh some more and she nods at me. ''Oh my god, that's so embarassing!'' I cover my face with my hand. Libby removes it from my face and we begin laughing again. She doesn't seem like the others, she doesn't say like all the time.

''You're probably wondering why Chloe is still in this group aren't you? Well mainly because she only acted like a physco to me and not to Hannah or Lindsey. If she acted physcotic to them then she would be out in two seconds. They're like the queens of this group. If I told them what Chloe had been doing to me, then they wouldn't believe me, you know?'' I nod, it does seem crazy for such an innocent girl to turn crazy. ''I don't like Chloe, she's the only one I don't like.'' She whispers that to me and then puts her finger to her mouth.
