Far or Near?

Part One

Devan's POV
Me and my brother, Collins, went inside the cafe and the first thing I saw was this girl over the counter. She has chocolate eye and chocolate hair. She somewhat looks like the taller girl beside her and i am sure that my brother was staring at her. We both ordered, but I kept my eyes on the chocolate girl. Then I heard my name being called by the chocolate girl. Wow her voice is quite cute.

Whoa Devan. What's happening to you???

When we got back home, I nudged Collins. "What?" He said before looking at me, his straw still in his mouth. "Did you saw that girl who gave us the drinks? Man she's cute." I admitted, blushing slightly. He gave me a wide smirk. "Aaaaaaye Devan's got a crush! Devan's got a crush! Devan's got a-" I quickly covered his mouth so he would stop screaming. "Shhh! Shut up!" I said with a bit of laughter. He laughed as well.

I guess now I would be going with Collins whenever he goes which is everyday. I smiled at the thought of seeing Chocolate girl again.

Well, the next day Collins left without me. I sighed and went downstairs. "Hey bro." I heard Collins say. I looked up and saw him. "Hey I'm just gonna go to SB since you left me." I said. He chuckled and said sorry before I went outside then walked to Starbucks.

Emma's POV
"Be right back, okay." I heard Hazel say. I sighed and took the orders and made them as well. Thank God there only few costumers left. As I give the last drink to the last costumer, I heard the  door open making me look up. It was him. The brother of Collins. He's so handsome. And his hair is on fleek. He looked back at me. I blushed and quickly looked away. He might think that I'm a creep because of staring at him. Well, who won't stare at that kind of beauty?

He then told me his order and paid. "What's your name?" I ask as held the sharpy and cup. "Devan." He said smiling. Oh God. I think that smile just killed me. I then wrote his name down instead of staring him. I the proceeded to make hi drink and placed it in the cup. "Here you go Devan." I said as I give him his drink along with some tissue and straw. He smiled again. "Thank you Chocolate Girl." He said.

"Did you just called me Chocolate Girl?" I said, smiling slightly. "Yes I did since your hair and eyes are chocolate and I don't know your name since there's something covering your name tag." He replied and took his drink. I let go of his drink when out hands touched. I blushed again. "My name is Emma." I smiled. He chuckled. "You're so cute when you blush, Emma." He said, making me blush more. "Come again, okay?" I said. He nodded and left.

I stood there for a moment, thinking about Devan and his smile. "Yo Emma. It's time to go home sis." I heard my sister say, snapping me out of my daydream. I looked at my watch and she was right. It was closing time. "Whoops! I lost track of of time." I said. "Lost track of time because you're thinking about Devan?" She said smirking. I blushed darkly. "You saw what happened?" I asked. She nodded. "Now let's go home, Chocolate Girl." She teased me, making me laugh. "Shut up Hazel." I said, chuckling. She laughed and we went home.
