Far or Near?

Part Four

Devan's POV
I slightly felt something on my ear but i ignored it and kept sleeping. "WAKE UP DEVAN!!!" I heard someone shout on my ear making me jolt awake and scream. I looked up and saw Collins holding his and MY phone. "WHAT THE HELL COLLINS?!?!?" I shouted at him. I looked down on my phone then saw Emma laughing on face time. "Emma?!" I shouted. Then... i realized i still have drool on my cheek making me blushed. I groaned and chased after Collins, Emma still on the phone, laughing.

After i slapped Collins' a few times, we stopped and i went back to my room. I was about to say something to Emma but she had t o tell Collins something. "What was that?" I asked Emma when they were finished. "Ohh nothing." She said, smiling at me. "Okay then." I replied before sitting on my bed.

 "Crap i gotta go now! See you at Starbucks?" She said and i'm pretty sure hey eyes were begging. "Of course i will." I smiled wide. She shouted a 'yes' which was soon followed by someone shouting at her, making her end the call quick. I hope she's okay though. 

I sighed and plugged my phone on its charger and took a shower. I placed gel on my hair then covered it with the beanie before proceeding on picking clothes. I picked a gray shirt, a black jacket with a few holes, and of course, black skinny jeans. I put them on along with my shoes and took my phone out the charger. 

I went downstairs and removed the beanie and fixed my hair a bit. "Yo wait!" I heard Collins shout as he ran down the stairs. Then we went to Starbucks.

Emma's POV
As my sister took orders and i made them, i saw in the corner of my eye two tall boys come in. One with luscious hair and one with blonde hair. I smiled wide and nudged Hazel. She whispered a 'what?' then i pointed at the boys direction. 

She lit up  as well and i chuckled. When Hazel finished asking Collins' order, she started making it. I went to the counter and smiled at Devan, trying to hold in my laugh from what happened earlier. He groaned and hid his face in embarrassment. I laughed and took his hands away his face. "Just order Mr. Drool-Face." I said, laughing again. He laughed as well and shook his head. 

"Stop! I want a Vanilla one!" He said, the both of us still laughing. He paid and i started making it. Thank God my friend who also works here at SB has finally came and worked with us and so did his sister and his sister's friend. That means we could get out of work early. I smiled at the thought of hanging out with Devan. I took his drink and gave it to him along with his change and receipt. 

"Hey Devan? Do you have plans this afternoon?" I asked him, biting my bottom lip. "Hmm... no why?" He said, making me smile. "It's just that me and Hazel could get off work early since there's three of our staff that has finally came back after days and weeks of absense." i explain. His face lit up. "So are you saying that you want to hang out with me later?" He said but it make out as a question. I nodded, still smiling. 

"5 pm." I said. "At the park near by this Starbucks." He finished and we both chuckled. "Okay then. See ya!" Devan said before taking his drink and walked out. I sighed and just started to take and make orders.
