Chapter 34

Nicole (POV)

   

 I opened my eyes trying to adjust to the dark room surrounding me, as my hands travel the warm sheets under me I come to realize I was alone. Collin must of couldn't sleep. I slowly sit up wincing a little at the throbbing pain in my lower stomach.

I lifted up the shirt I was wearing trying to see the damage, as I traced my fingers over my stitches I couldn't help but remember the feeling of when he stabbed me.

I shook my head, "Its over he's gone" I whispered reassuringly to myself. I slowly swung my legs over the side of the bed and slowly stood up. As I walked pass the full view mirror I couldn't help but notice the bulge forming through my shirt.

I lifted it up slowly looking at my stomach, I didn't notice how fat I was getting before until now. "well that's unattractive." I mumbled quickly pulling down my shirt.

You would think after all this time I would be rather skinny but my body has taken a mind of its own, it really should go to school or something because its rather dumb.

I slowly opened my door trying to avoid the creaking nose it always makes. I quickly slipped through the door trying my best not to  make any noises. As I walked down the hallway I stopped by a door I heard the recognizable snoring.

I opened the door enough to peak in finding Arron snoring rather loudly, as I was about to close the door I saw something move under the sheets next to him. "what the hel-" I stopped when I saw the familiar brown hair make an entrance from underneath the sheets.

Lexy! She was ok, and best of all she was Arron's mate! I didn't even notice I was tearing up until the salty taste entered my mouth. I laughed a little and wiped my cheeks, Jeez the emotions this women brings out of me.

I closed the door silently making sure not to wake them up. I smiled as I walked down the hallway, Lexy deserved happiness and ill make sure she gets it. And by that I mean if Arron hurts her in any way ill make sure to chop his balls off with my favorite knife and serve it to him for dinner.

As I silently made my downstairs I made up my mind. I'm officially starving, Doctor Kathy is going to kill me for not eating her prescribed food, But she cant blame me I don't even think a dog would eat it, I mean seriously I think she's secretly trying to poison me.

As I make my way down the hallway i realize the doctor's office light is on. As i walked closer i heard murmurs which sounded like Collin and somebody else. Being the nosey person I am I decide to investigate.

As I walked closer the murmurs turned into words and voices. "What do you mean!" I heard Collin whisper shout to somebody. "That thing is ruining everything!" He growled making me wince, he was angry. "Alpha There's nothing I can do unless.."

Doctor Kathy stopped, I leaned against the door being careful not to make a sound. "No im not doing it there has to be another way." "There is none and you know this Collin," Tyler said.

Wait Tyler.. Collins dad this must be serious. "And you have to put Nicole's feelings in mind."  I concentrated hard now trying not to miss any word. "Do not talk to me about Nicole's feeling im her mate!" Collin practically yelled.

"And she's not ready for this and on top of that she's human there's never been a human it will kill her." He choked out. I know I should be heart broken right now seeing hearing my mate in pain, but I was furious who is he to determine what I am and what im not ready for he cant treat me like a child!

Before I could do anything my stomach let out the loudest growl possible. It was the sound of a roaring lion and on top of that the house was eerie quiet. "Aw shit" I whispered.

Suddenly I was greeted by a gush of air as the doctor office swung open, and standing before me was my incredible sexy angry mate. "Nicole what the hell." He hissed making me role my eyes.

"No Collin what the hell!" He looked taken back at my out burst and in the middle of his state of shock I pushed past him in the brightly lit office. "Well hello Luna." Tyler greeted me in which I gave him a glare for being apart of this meeting and not having me here.

"What the hell! Collin you cant make decisions for me!" I whisper yelled trying to wake the whole house up.

"Luna Let me explain-" She got cut off by Collins furious growl directed at her. I glared at him until he stopped. "Collin, what am I?" He gave me a confused expression. "My mate." "Exactly so what does that make me." I said in a sweet calm voice.

I could tell he was hesitant to answer but he finally gave up. "Luna." "Exactly and that means I rule this pack two baby but I cant do that when your being a over protective ass I deserve responsibilities too!"  

He gave me the funniest expression ever, I could tell he was about to say something but I cut him off. "Now Kathy what the hell is going on."

"Well luna." She stopped and glanced at Collin before looking at me. "Your going to be a Mother."
