Minecraft: How to not be a noob!

The End Dimension!

Warning! This has spoilers on the End, and this is a very long chapter. That is all, Enjoy!

Hey guys, Bluewisker here, and I'll be covering the third dimension added to Minecraft. I'll also be covering the items and mobs that spawn there, as well as the towers.

You can find the end by finding a stronghold. You right click with an eye of ended and it floats through the air to the stronghold. You'll have to do it many times until they all end up above the same block. Then go straight down until you find stone brick.

When you break it, you will fall into the stronghold. You should fall into the stronghold above the water fountain room, eye of ender are supposed to lead you there. Explore the stronghold, loot some chestd hidden in there, and place a bed and sleep in it. Then if you die, you'll respawn near the portal.

Hopefully you can find the portal very fast, the portal will be end portal frame in a square. No corners, and each side has three portal frames in a straight line. There'll be zero eye of ender in the sockets,  so you'll have to have twelve eye of ender with you. Place the eye of ender carefully in the sockets, that'll activate the portal. All you have to do to get there is jump in.

The end is a humongous island of end stone in an eternal night sky. A purple bar at the top of your Minecraft screen will pop up. Above it it'll say 'Ender Dragon' or 'Boss health.' The best way, and the fastest way to kill the Dragon is with an enchanted bow and arrows. You should alqays bring a diamond enchanted sword with you in case the Ender Dragon flys up to you to attack.

The Ender Dragon deals a load of damage on one hit, but it can only hit you by flying up to you and hitting you. Don't dig a room underground nor a house because the Ender Dragon can tear through walls easily.  When you kill him, his body will slowly melt away and disintegrate itself until it's just a skeleton. Then the remains will blow up in the sky. He drops about seventy two experience levels when killed.

Other Ender Dragon Information

The Ender Dragon is a "boss"mob that appears once in The End, but could originally be spawned in theOverworld as a test in the 1.9 pre-release 5. In 1.9 pre-release 5 on creative mode, Ender Dragons could be spawned by right clicking with a Golden Sword in hand. Note that this no longer works. At first, Notchstated that they would be invulnerable, but later denied this.

They swoop at the player, destroying any blocks it passes through except obsidian, bedrock, or End Stone. In Pre-release 6, one Ender Dragon appears in each world's End and can be fought and killed. After an Ender Dragon is killed, it will create an exit portal with adragon egg on top. The Ender Dragon also drops a large number of Experience Orbs - about 72 levels worth - upon defeat. In the 1.0.0 update, the exit portal leads to the Minecraft credits.

It is possible to get thewither to fight it, but the wither will probably try to attack the endermen if near.

To get the egg to drop itself, teleport  it to the ground by right clicking it. Then place a piston so when it is activated it'll push against the egg. Then activate the piston and it'll push against it. Then the egg will drop and you can pick it up. It can take a different number of days each time for it to hatch.

End stone is the only block that only spawns in the End. It looks similar to sand, but has small craters in the blocks. It also is a different shade of yellow.

Obsidian towers are things that spawn in the end, you can destroy them block by block with a diamond pickaxe. At the top of some of the towers are blocks called 'Ender Crystals.' They're impossible to get on survival, creative,  and. hardcore/adventure mode. You also can't acquire it in too many items mod. When you destroy it, it blows up. But does not drop an Ender Crystal item. Since it isn't an item. The Ender Crystals heals heals the Dragon when close enough, so destroy all of them before you fight the Ender Dragon.

And last of all, Endermen. They spawn frequently in the End, and the overworld. I'm not going to give information on them, because they're not specifically related the the End to have important End related information on them. So yeAh. That was a long sentence.

And that's pretty much all. Also, when you fall of the End, you die and respawn at your bed with no items.
