A/N: Daming nag-re-request ng part 2 so here it is. Sana magustuhan nyo pa din kahit sobrang layo na sa unang kwento 😅

------

I don't care what people feel or think about me. I grew accustomed to just care about what I feel and whatever I think is right, even if it's wrong, it is right.

I follow a simple rule in life. If I don't like you then you better get your ass moving or I'll end up destroying you.

And if I do like you, which is very rare if you ask me, then I have to have you. By hook or by crook.

So when Jhoana Maraguinot came into life that rule was out of the picture. I sort of kinda, started caring of what others might feel.

It's like I was enchanted the day I met her and every chance I get spending time with her seemed to do wonders on me.

When she said to my friends the camera I broke was her late father's. A pang of guilt hit me. I maybe mean and bratty at times but I still have conscience.

Although she never got mad about it it's a fact that made her cry. I tried to show unaffected with it but my friends are pestering me about it thereby I agreed to be her model.

With my attempt to clean my conscience, I offered to buy her new camera no matter how expensive or how many she wants but she had declined every single time and chooses to use Kat's camera.

Thinking she might be just messing around with me and the guilt I'm feeling, I had her investigated.

This lady is living in an apartment with her mother and younger sister. Apparently her father passed away on a car accident with a DWI driver three years ago. The cost of the funeral was too much that it nearly wiped out their entire money in the bank.

The investigation reports also had stated that she had sold the camera in numerous occasions in exchange of money while her mother was getting unstable jobs for a year. Jhoana brought it back after her mother now has work and is currently serving as a cook in one of our restaurants.

Her younger sister is soon to finish her high-school and will be attending the same school as ours with the help of a scholarship she earned as a student athlete.

Instead of feeling guilt free I felt like a total jerk. The thing that bothered me the most is I never heard her throwing a fit at me for breaking the only thing her father gave her with every money her father had along with his memories in it.

Unlike me who had been rude to her all the time she remains composed and polite at all times. Surprisingly, her child like laugh is enough to lighten up my mood.

A white flash of light broke away from my thoughts of her.

"Aww. May flash." Kat said as I turned to see her looking at her camera.

"Patingin." Trey said and moved closer to Kat.

"Did you just took a picture of me?" I asked

"Yup. Mukha ka kasing baliw na nakangiti lang habang tulala." Kat teased but I just shook my head.

Usually, I would threw a reaction or any remark on her antics but I am too excited to see Jhoana today. We haven't seen each other after she completed her portfolio for Sir Jonvic.

"Mojhojhow!" I heard Trey said and I shifter my head to see Jho walking towards us.

"You're late." I said and followed her with my gaze. "Di bale na. Have a seat."

"Ah Bea--" Jho trailed off

"Hala! Malamig na yung food." Kat exclaimed as she took a sandwich

I shook my head disappointingly. "See? This is why you shouldn't be late especially when foods involve."
