Chapter 34: Courage

×Konan's POV×

--"I....I..."-- Ino started off saying...

--"Don't worry, take all the time you need to think about it. But we better leave this place and go elsewhere so we don't get caught."--Yahiko suggested.

Ino didn't refuse and we all went to the Uchiha compound but before getting there Ino suddenly stopped walking.

--"Hmm..Ino? What's the matter?"-- I asked her, to what she replied --"I feel like a burden to you all. The trouble I caused is undeniably high and I don't know how I'll react when I see Deidara again.....what if he doesn't love me anymore....I risked my relationship with him because of my stupid desire of revenge....I think I'm not able to bestow the love and support he gave me....and then have that ripped apart from me truly hurts me...--" She said and at the end started to shed some tears.

Yahiko and I then hugged her, telling her not to worry about that, everything was going to be fine, he'll be most happy to see her again but she had to make her decision.

--"Ino, we need an answer...."-- I said with a soft voice. She quickly rubbed her eyes and blew her nose with Yahiko's cloak.....

--"I'm certainly not washing that....."-- I thought as I sweatdrop appeared on the back of my head.

--"I'll let you all help.... because I really need to know the entire truth."-- she replied.

--"Fair enough, we'll all help out."-- Yahiko stated.

--"Thanks...."-- she said smiling.

--"Let's go, everyone is waiting for you"-- I told her with a warm smile, she nodded and we kept on walking towards the Uchiha compound.

×Yahiko's POV×

We finally made it, everyone was there. I told Konan to wait with Ino outside so it wouldn't take the others by surprise that she's back.

I unlocked the door to see Zetsu sleeping while Tobi doodled on his face. --"How has he not noticed..."--. I thought to myself while I internally facepalmed.

An irritated Kakuzu because Hidan seemed to have interrupted him with his money counting ritual.

The two soul mates, Itachi and Sakura sitting together while holding hands and teasing Hinata for spilling tea all over Sasori, who in my opinion actually seemed pretty calm despite the fact of being soaking wet.

Kisame was currently having a..... weapon argument with Tenten........I guess it makes sense..... they're seriously debating about what kind of swords are the best based on several categories...

And lastly Deidara and Nagato are casually talking.

Five minutes pass and they still haven't noticed my presence until Nagato turns around.

--"Yahiko! You're back. Ughh... where's Konan?"--Nagato said while peeking behind my back.

--"About that, Konan is outside with someone else."-- I stated capturing everyone's attention.

--"Yahiko."--Itachi called out. --"You didn't bring someone we don't know right? This place is off limits. No one but an Uchiha is allowed to trespass."--

--"Don't worry Itachi, it's someone you all know about. And she's really nervous about seeing you all again so if it's not to much to ask, could you behave?"--

Deidara's eyes then filled with hope. Hope of seeing his girlfriend again, whom he loved very much.

Everyone nodded and kept quiet. I went outside and told them they could come in.

Ino then shyly walked in behind Konan.

--"Ino!"-- Deidara called out as he ran right to his beautiful, gorgeous and glamorous lover.

--"Dei...Deidara..."-- Ino said surprised, she smiled as her boyfriend lifted her up by the waist and twirled her around at least three times before getting her back on her feet and hugging her.

Everyone else just looked as the two just shed some tears and left to their room....they said they needed to "catch up on what had happened while Ino was gone"....... --"yeah.... I'm sure they're just going to talk"-- I thought as I chuckled and rolled my eyes.

--"She didn't even say hi to us...."--Sakura complained crossing her arms in annoyance.

--"She was in a hurry."-- I stated smirking.

--"To do what?"-- Tenten asked oblivious.

--"Yeah, what?"-- Hinata innocently asked with a confused face.

--"They're probably gonna f...."-- Hidan started to say casually but soon corrected himself since everyone but the girls were death glaring at him...--"They're gonna fart about all the things they missed out on! Yeah, that's definitely what they're gonna do."-- Hidan said, awkwardly smiling.

Most of us just sweatdropped at his statement...

--"Fart about....when the heck did you come up with that?"-- Kakuzu said with a slight eye twitch.

--"It rhymed with the sentence, don't judge me..."-- Hidan stated crossing his arms.

--"Tenten."-- Kisame said looking at said girl with a pitiful smile.

--"Are you still willing to stay with such a dumb boyfriend? You might as well dump him, get yourself someone who actually knows what he's talking about. Someone like...."-- he ended up pointing at himself which made Hidan loose his cool....again....

--"WHY IS EVERYONE TRYING TO TAKE AWAY MY GIRLFRIEND!? JUST NOOOO! YOU CAN ALL GO TO HELL, OHH NO, HELL IS EVEN BETTER THAN THE PLACE I'M SENDING YOU AT, JUST....JUST....UGHHH I'M DONE."--Hidan yelled. Short tempered as always. He just stormed off to his room with a giggling Tenten walking not far behind.

--"I enjoy getting him on his last nerves."-- Kisame said chuckling.

--"I think we all do."-- Kakuzu added.

--"Well, you can all do whatever you want. I'm tired."-- I said yawning, leaving the living room as I went to my room.
