Chapter 22: All alone

×Ino's POV×

I can't believe I just left all by myself. Am I going to be alright?...

Yes. Of course I am. I'm powerful enough....but then again...I can't lower my guard down... I need to figure out a way to remain out of sight. Not to forget that now that I'm officially a rogue ninja they've planted money on me on the bingo book. But they won't give people the reward if they kill me...so I guess that's good.

Hmm...I wonder what everyone else is doing....

Will he come to look for me....
Ohh Deidara... I'm sorry I left like that....

{Back at the hideout}

"Ino?....Ino wait!"--- Sakura said as she woke up. "Dont tell me she actually left..."--- Sakura muttered in disbelief looking around, just to find that Ino wasn't there.

"She threw a sleeping bomb... tch.."--- Tenten said as she got up.

"We need to go after her!"-- Deidara yelled frustrated about the situation that was taking place.

"Calm down Deidara, she couldn't have gotten far."-- Yahiko replied with a serious expression.

"Why did you tell her boss!? You knew she was going to act this stubborn!"--- Deidara yelled at Yahiko gripping his shirt, with his eyes covered in regret.

"She deserved to know the truth. She'll be fine."--- Yahiko stated shrugging Deidara away while he walked to his room with Konan.

"Easy for you to say! I bet that if it were Kona-!"--- Deidara kept yelling until Sakura punched him.

"Calm the hell down! We're all worried about Ino! But we can't just leave unprepared."--- Sakura stated trying to talk some sense into Deidara. Her eyes were already tearing up.

But Sakura stormed off to her room and started packing to go look for her best friend.

*sigh* "Everyone....start packing up. We're going to look for Ino."--- Tenten stated as she left the dinning room.

"This is such a bother..."--- Hidan mumbled walking behind Tenten.

"Hinata."-- Sasori said turning around to her.

"What is it Sasori?..."--- Hinata replied.

"You better watch your back."-- he replied by walking away.

" Watch m-my back?...."-- Hinata muttered while she shrugged off what Sasori told her.

Everyone was already done packing to look for Ino.

"Zetsu, have you found her yet?"-- Yahiko asked.

" Not yet."--- Zetsu replied emotionless.

*sigh* " We'll have to split up."-- Yahiko stated.

"In how many groups?"-- Tenten asked.

" You'll all go in a three man squad. That means; Hidan, Kakazu and Tenten will be the first group. Next Itachi, Kisame and Sakura. Then Sasori, Deidara and Hinata. And lastly Nagato, Tobi and Zetsu. While Konan and I will go together."--- Yahiko stated as he handed each group a map on where they had to look for Ino.

"You sure its not faster if we just go in pairs, boss?" --- Kisame asked.

"It's better if there's three of you. Don't forget that Sakura and Tenten were the ones who sustained the most damage from the previous mission, therefore leaving them in pairs will only make them vulnerable. Our chances are  higher as a three man squad. End of discussion."--- Yahiko stated in a serious tone.

They all headed out their separate ways in hope of finding Ino before someone else did.

×Ino's POV×

It was getting dark really fast so I settled down in a nearby cave, covering it head to toe with traps. Just in case someone tries to infiltrate me.

" It's so cold...."--- I said to myself shaking from the breeze there was.

Maybe I shouldn't have come alone....but if I didn't, I'm positive the others would've stopped me from doing so.

Who cares....I'm going to get revenge.... killing the Hokage... Is all that matter's...and finding out what Asuma Sensei knew about the classified files...
