Abbey
I check my phone after I'm done recording my music video.
7:39 pm.
Great.
"Abbey, this should be up by tomorrow, okay?" Dan smiles, walking over to me.
"Sounds great," I fake smile.
I walk outside, when I hear my phone ringing.
Carson.
"What do you want?" I scoff.
"I want to apologize."
"For what? Not trusting me? Being a complete and total jerk? BREAKING MY HEART?" I scream.
"Abbey, I'm really sor-"
"No Carson. You're not sorry," I sneer, hanging up. I take the necklace Carson got me and make it looser by one notch.
I should've done this earlier...
I should've never started dating him...

My phone buzzes and I see it's a FaceTime request from Carson. I roll my eyes and decline.
The call is persistent, and I finally accept.
"Finally! I really need to talk to you!" he says exasperated.
"You got five minutes," I growl.
"Um, okay," he says, biting his lip. "I'm really sorry about what happened. I should've asked you first instead of jumping to conclusions. I feel awful, and I can't sleep at night without feeling guilty. I don't want to take a break because I can't live without you. I need you."
"I accept your apology. Im not gonna say it's okay, because in reality, it wasn't. I was hurt. But we won't take a break. I love you Carson," I smile.
"I love you too, princess," he grins.
"I'm glad to have you back," I say, toying with my necklace.
"Me too, but you need to make up with everyone else," he suggests.
"Nah, I'm good," I shrug. He raises an eyebrow.
"Abbey..."
"Why should I apologize first? I shouldn't even have to apologize!" I argue.
"Please, for me?" he begs, slightly smiling knowing he got me trapped.
"No! I love you Carson but I'd rather do anything, and everything, else. And besides, they have a million things to apologize for. Leaving me out, jumping to conclusions, not having my back, not hanging out with me," I whisper, so I'm barely audible.
"We'll continue this later. My plane's about to board. I love you, baby girl," he smiles.
"I love you too, babe," I grin, holding my necklace. He hangs up, and I flop on my bed. I pull out my phone and text one of my other friends.
