Cassidy's POV:

I sat back against my seat, my head back as I drove down that country road home. Feeling indifferent about Ryan. He's cute and all, and strong and lord those lips. I still can't believe he tried to kiss me, such an advantage taker. Only thing being not so sure I could have stopped if it wasn't for Beth and Shannon coming out.

His arms so strong and hands too, it was nice bein in them. I thought watching the road for deer but drifting to his eyes so glass blue. They were also grey sort of, kind of made me feel like melting into them. I still don't exactly know if I can trust him fully. Although he did sort of prove that he wasn't going to just jump me.

I turned the corner and drove down two more miles and the house yard light came into view. Turning the song on again that made me think of him, just the way he looked. I started singing to it again, he said I was amazing, I think he's still trying to blow smoke up my ass. Trying to get on my good side after almost running me over.

I pulled up the lane and got an eerie feeling, like I was being followed or watched. I noticed mom and dads truck missing, I stopped in my spot. Making sure my doors were locked. Dialled my moms cell and it started ringing, "hello honey," she answered.

"Hey mom, where are you guys," I asked

"Were at your aunts, I told you we were going over tonight, it's her and uncles anniversary" she answered.

"Oh right ya, I forgot," I said with a sigh.

"Are you ok," she asked.

"Um, ya I'm fine, wish them happy anniversary fer me, I'm gonna go ta bed now, I'm so tired," I said.

"Ok Hun, see ya tomorrow," she said.

"Ok, night mom," I said

"Good night honey, love you," she said.

"Love ya too mom," I replied.

I hung up an sat there, my mind running wild with thoughts, like thinking I saw something or, someOne, running threw the yard. I was freaked out, an I wasn't staying alone at home. I put my car in drive and took off back to town. Maybe Shannon was still at the bar or something, I dialled her number. She didn't pick up so I figured she must be in the loud bar.

I turned the music up loud, and sped for town, as lights turned on the road behind me. Paranoia set in as I turned the corner and they followed. Thoughts of it being Jake and he was coming to run me off the road. I stepped on the gas and sped towards the outskirts of town. Reaching them now I was sure it was someone following me because they sped up too.

I couldn't make it to the bar I thought, so I flew over the junction road and around the corner into the hotel parking lot. Pulling up to 305, hoping Ryan was still awake. I stopped in front leaving it running and jumped out. Ran to the door pounding, to my surprise it opened. He was standing there in nothing but a towel, I didn't care I was fucking scared.

Moving into him setting my face in his clean still almost wet chest. His arms came up around me and I seen head lights run across the wall. "Hey what's wrong," he asked.

"Huu, I think someone was following me," I blurted out.

"Ok, ok hey, breath, come in,"  he said.
