Physics Exam! (neko joey X nervous reader)

  (Hey! Kitten here~ little info before you read the story. Reader speaks normal, and Joey speaks in bold)

  (Joey's POV)
    I sat on a park bench throwing bread crumbs for the pigeons and other birds to eat. I watched those feathery brats greedily fill their cheeks with bread crumbs. As much as I wanted to shape shift into a cat and go on hunting mode, my therapist says that it's wrong to do that. I looked away and let a sigh escaped from my lips.
    I was waiting for my lovely (Y/N) to arrive. They were running late which worried me a bit. My cat ears shot toward as I studied my surroundings. Then I saw my darling running toward the bench.
    I hopped up and opened my arms and hugged my sweetheart who seemed to be out of breath. (Y/N) hugs me back and nestles me gently.
   "My dear you are late," I looked into those stunning (E/C) eyes of theirs. "Care to explain?" They looked away and I could sense they were nervous.

(Your POV)
    "Joey, I was late because I was studying for a physics exam that is tomorrow," I glanced at Joey. "I had completely forgotten about it and I am doing last minute studying and I am going to fail this exam!" I felt tears pool down my cheeks as I stared at the ground.
     I felt Joey gently hug me and he gently pats me lovingly on the back. I cried into his shirt and I let it all out. He hums softly and he waits until I turned the waterworks off.
   "My darling, it will be alright," my neko boyfriend purred quietly. "Now take a few deep breaths love and look at me." I nod my head in reply and took a few deep breaths.
    "I am just worried and nervous about it, physics isn't my favorite subject in college." I sighed unhappily. Joey gently plants a kiss on my cheek and his ears were up and relaxed.
   "My little jellybean we are suppose to have a relaxing night together, but I see this exam is troubling to you," Joey smiles a little. "Say, why don't we make this date tonight a study group, so you be able to study for your exam!" My eyes widen in surprise and I smiled a little bit.
    "Yeah, I think that be a great idea." I couldn't help but hug my boyfriend tightly. He was always there for me.

(Joey's POV)
    (Y/n) placed the hard covered text books the picnic table. I give them a small smile as they opened up the first page of the book. I actually was pretty good at physics, so I hope I be able to help time out. They held my hand as they read about Newton's three laws. I began to purr quietly as u closed my eyes an imagined what Newton was up to when he was writing down the three las of basic science.
