It was cold. A little bit of rain when Jughead put on the southside jacket smirking feeling proud to wear it. He was gonna have a family and that was gonna be their serpents. He was going to be in the southside anyways, So why not be apart of something that will make him blend in with the rest and be accepted. This was where he belonged, No one cared for him anyways.

"Juggie?"Betty's voice that sounded so innocent. He looked at her unsure, they just promised each other love and now she'll probably leave him. She was his family so they blended perfect. "This isn't approval that I'm accepting it. I haven't made my final decision on this." Jughead spoke to tallboy who nodded. "Come tomorrow and I'll give you the full answer. "jughead walked in closing the door. Betty stood there shocked. "Jug what were you thinking "she asked hurt. "Let's face it"jughead started but she stopped him. "Please don't say it won't work and you'll choose them. I'll accept it if I means I still get to be with you please"she begged with tears, remembering the first time he said 'let's face it'.  It was there first argument, he recalled it to. "No betts. I'm not breaking up with you. It's better to be with them then against them in this part. The serpents gave me a ticket. An easy pass at south high. I won't be in so much trouble but tell me that you want this"jughead said. "Why should my opinion matter?"she asked not trying to sound rude. "Because I am not my father. He let the girl he loved leave just to have play time with that gang. I'm not allowing myself to lose you cause I want a actual family "he said promising. She looked at his eyes and they were glossy. He's do anything for her and she's loved that. "Oh jug. I love you so much. If this is what you want"she said fixing his jacket. "Then I'm gonna stand with you all the way "she said laying her hands on his shoulders.

He smiled picking her up kissing her. She kissed back wrapping her arms around his neck, he held her so close. That's all he wanted to do. They pulled apart but he didn't let her down. She looked down at him. "This won't change us. I'll still love you hopefully you'll still love me and we won't ever break up. And when you wanna be in a serious relationship I'll stop "he said. He saw her face go to surprised, it sounded like they were a game. "What makes this not serious "she said trying to get away from him but he held her. "No I mean like. Seriously seriousness like moving in together after high school or..."he trailed off. "Or?"she asked. "Marriage or a child, you know"he blushed embarrassed that he sounded like a little kid with so much hope for the future to be so perfect. She smiled lightly. "You think we'll make it?"she said. "I know for a fact that we will make it"he said kissing her cheek. She slides down kissing him. He kissed back meaningful. They held on to each other staying up planning the future holding onto the perfect moment.

They didn't even realize that it was the next day when they fell asleep and there was a knock. She had one of his shirts on because she didn't wanna lay in a skirt and crop top. It was to uncomfortable and she hadn't plan to be leaving anytime soon. No, As long as they were together.

He got up and she followed he opened the door to the southside serpents which was the same from last night. They looked at her then him. "I'll join but I'm not dealing. Or kill or burying a body. "Jughead said. He looked at Betty. "And no one disrespects her. Once she says she wants me out I'm out. Understand. You can tell your leader that. If he doesn't agree then I don't need this jacket"he said grabbing it from the couch. The guys smirked. "Alright then. I am the leader jughead. Welcome to southside serpent. I can almost promise you if anything happens to your women. I'll make sure they hear from the two of us"he said leaving the rest followed him smirking. Jughead went back into the trailer with Betty. She giggled as she seen his toughness drop and he was back to being his little weirdness. She kissed him smiling. "I gotta go. My mom is probably wondering where the hell I am"she said. "I'll walk you"he said. She put back her skirt on keeping his shirts. They walked out to a motorcycle outside with a red bow. "Wanna ride?"jug smiled. She smiled kissing his check. He took off his serpents jacket putting it on her helping her on the bike.
