"JUGHEAD IT JUST NOT FAIR!"she said. She was mad. She was so mad her head was hurting along with her body. "You're getting hurt through out this serpent thing and you don't even see me anymore. I Jughead you come to me beat up"Betty said. "That's obvious sweetheart. You're not blind at all!"he shouted shifting things around in his apartment. "Juggie come on. Being a serpent isn't doing any good"Betty begged. "You wouldn't know that would you. Because when I come home all you talk about if yourself and how much you don't want me to be a serpent. Betty I can't with you anymore. You never support me and you're always bitch about it"he shouted. That was a lie. She would ask him everyday how was his day and all she's say is there a new bruise and she's just worried. He ends it with it's okay. She was tired of it's okay. It's wasn't. "I just don't want to see you hurt Jughead"she cried. "Well you don't have to see me I'll be gone by tomorrow I can't deal wth you anyone"he said. Which was a lie. He didn't mean to. He was just a mad at one of the serpents for being an asshole. "Jughead. No"Betty cried. "Just go somewhere for tonight "he said pushing her off him slamming there bedroom door. She walked outside. Her heart was racing. Her palms were sweaty. But she felt her finger tingle. They were numb. She was pale she felt herself start to have trouble breathing. Her chest burned and she started to feel dizzy. She could believe this was happening. He was really going to choose serpents over her. "Are you okay"someone asked. She fell a hit the floor hard. "Ohh. Shit call 911"the girl yelled.

Jughead sat ther bouncing his leg. When was she coming home. He tried to call her but she didn't answer. "God I'm so sorry I'm so sorry "he whispered. A call. Finally. "Betty. Babe. I'm sorry I'm didn't mean it. Come home. "Hello. This is riverdale hospital calling for Jughead jones. Betty cooper had been in a coma for 24 hours and we need you signature to pull .. the plug"she said. "Um no. What the fuck no. I'm on my way!"he hung up.

He argued with nurses for hours on letting him see her. And when he finally did he broke down. "I'm sorry. I'm sorry I'm sorry I'm sorry"he cried sitting down laying his head on her crying.

For a month he stood with her and talked to her trying to get her to wake up. Today was special though. Today was there anniversary.

"You asked me last year you wanted a promise ring"Jughead walked in looking at her.

"Two years ago from today I asked you to be my girlfriend and when you said yes. Ohh I felt like I had won the lottery and you know what. I kinda did. You are a prize Betty cooper. And even though I broke up with you. I never want to let you go. You're still mine. I still love you and I still want to be pre engaged to you"he promise putting to ring on her. Betty's hand twitched.  "Juggie?"she asked trying to sit up. "Betty?"he
Question hugging her tight.  "I'm so sorry. I'm sorry Betty"he cried. "It's okay juggie"she smiled. "Please take me back I could go a month without you I was going crazy. "Jughead said holding her. "Of course juggie don't be such a cry baby"she giggled. Her voice was rusty and she still looked beautiful. No make up no posing no trying and she looked the best. "I forgive you"she smile kissing him.
