"What the fuck"Kevin shouted. Clearly no. Not in a approved way. Betty had just turned 18 yesterday. Her nails were done along with her makeup and all. It was all from yesterday when she really went to the salon and nail place. Then shopping. It was winter so it was cold and warm inside pops where Cheryl held hands with Ronnie kissing her warm from the inside being a happy couple. Kevin with gloves on not being as happy was he was before. Archie with pink all over his face from being outside to long. Betty with her hair down and straight. Snow was still in her hair pink dusted across her cheeks and wearing a certain jones jacket for the simple fact they walked here together. She need his help since it was hard getting here in heels. The that certain jones who was wearing only a tee shirt and pants with his combat boots. He looked at Betty every detail of her. It might the the last he got to look at her like this in front of her and Archie. Her blond hair that ,like I said, had snow fallen all over it perfectly. Her rosy red cheeks and lips that were a bit parted but covered in sparkling lipstick. Her winked eyeliner she started to do so perfectly. Her Stripped shirt that fit her slim body that has improved as slimmer but fuller in other places. Her black pants that blend with her high heels ankle boots. Jughead admired her. He seen Betty panic. She placed her hand on his leg secretly. He places his on top of hers calming her down. Probably the last time he'll get to do that. Everyone shared a glance at each other no knowing why he was asking this serious question. "Why are you asking me this now. You rejected me years ago"Betty said shocked. "When we kissed. I asked you to marry me. You said we were far to young and wanted me to ask you when we're 18 Betty. I don't think I'd love anyone else the way I've loved you"Archie said reaching over grabbing her other hand putting a ring on. Which Veronica new was fake Cheryl knew was fake. Come on the girls rich. You think she'd know the difference. Betty questioned it to but that wasn't the point. Jughead took his hand off hers placing his gift on it sighing looking out the window. Kevin noticed Jugheads sad sigh. Betty glanced down at his gift. Her jaw dropped wanting to aww. You could tell the ring was real diamond and it was an engagement ring but Jughead thought of making it an actually engaging ring but just gave it as a gift. "Archie. "She said. Her voice came out flattered making Jughead get chills. Not because he is asking for her hand in marriage. It was Jugheads gift. They've flirt and all , nearly kissed but they always interrupted. "Archie. This is so sweet and I love you"Betty smiled it came out a little cautious. "But"archie said. Betty inhaled sharply pulling her hand. "But I don't love you like that anymore. It's been years... I've been over you for a while now"Betty said taking of the ring giving it back to him. "Besides me and jughead have something and he asked me last night "Betty said Jughead look at her shocked. "Right"Jughead agreed. "I can't just throw away my love for Jughead like that. As much as I used to say your the one. He was actually the one"Betty said holding her hand up. "Woe! Look at that rock"Cheryl gasped holding her hand. "I'm sorry Archie "Betty said. "It's okay. Betts I know I missed my chance. Make her happy Jughead. You deserve the girl after all"Archie smiled. He was fine with it. They were his Bestfriend's and if they were happy then it was fine by him. "We'll seal the deal with a kiss Jughead"Veronica smirked. She knew that was a lie. As much as they all wanted it to be true ,Betty told Veronica everything so why not about a huge thing like being engaged. Betty looked at Jughead who looked at her. jughead leaned in. Betty did to. There kiss was magic. It felt like they were flying to far up. She tilted her head and he did the same. They pulled away smiling. They felt it. Both of them and they knew it so much. "We gotta go"Betty said grabbing his hand putting some money down paying for both his and her meal leaving with his hands in hers. They went outside of pops. "Betty I. The kiss"Jughead said stuttering. "You know I wouldn't mind legit being engaged to you"Betty smiled as they walked. Grabbing his hand lacing there fingers as they both seeing Ronnie them staring them down smiling evil. "She knows"Jughead whispered chuckling Betty laughed out loud flipping off Ronnie. Ronnie winks at them before doing sexual movements. "Ohh god"Betty shouted. She dragged him faster laughing. They got to the ally on the side of pops. "Betts. I don't know what to say"Jughead sighed. "I do. Jughead jones thank you for this amazing gift and I love you so much. I'm so tired of our playful flirting and not getting anything accomplished."Betty said leaning against the wall. "Elizabeth Cooper. I couldn't agree anymore. I love you to and I wanna ask if you wanna make it real."Jughead asked nervous. "Yes"she smiled. He kissed her who kissed back immediately. "Let's not have anyone else find out the real story cause I know for a fact they don't know your relationship like we do "Ronnie said with Kevin and Cheryl. Betty blushed. "They'll think it's rushed"Cheryl said. "So who's house are we throwing my engagement party "Betty asked. "Mine. Mine miiinee. I was thinking. RETO"Cheryl smiled. "I like reto"Jughead announced. Betty smiled at him. "Okay but work together. I'm not picking "Betty laughed. "Ohh Veronica make sure FP is there and make it an Anonymous party. I'd like to announce it myself. I got the girl"Jughead smiled. Veronica nodded holding both hands with Cheryl awwww'ing.
