Chapter 30

(A year later)

Me and Jake are living in our own house but we still are apart of team 10.

"Hey beautiful." He said kissing my cheek.

"Hey." I said hugging him. "How was you day." I asked.

"Boring. Let's go to the beach date tonight."

"Ok. I'm hanging out with Rik in like a couple minutes." I said.

"No don't leave me." He said grabbing my arm. I laughed and kissed him on the lips.

"Love yah. See yah." I said as I was leaving.

"Hey Rik! I said running up to her. How's Kade?" Erika and Kade were dating and if you ask me they are serious.

"How's Jessa?" She joked.

"Let's go." Erika said. We went to the hair salon and got our hair done.

"When do you think Jake is going to finally propose?" Erika said.

I laughed. "I have no idea. I mean at times I think he will but I don't know. I mean we always talk about our future and kids and stuff but not about a ring." I said.

"I'm sure he's just planning the right moment." Erika would make such a great mom one day.

Later at home.

"Hey Tess!" Jake said kissing me.

"Hey Jakey." I said hugging him.

"Ready for the date?" Jake said.

"Yes."

"Good!" Jake grabbed my arm and drove me to the beach.

When we got there it was beautiful Jake set up a picnic for us. "Jake this is beautiful." I said hugging him.

"Just like you." He said kissing the top of my head.

We sat down on the blanket and started to eat. After we were done eating we took a walk on the beach. Than Jake stopped me.

"Tessa, I knew I loved you since the day we met. I would take a bullet for you. I love you so much and I want to ask you if you would marry me?" I started to cry.

"Jake. Of course I would want to marry you!" He put the ring on my finger and kissed me. "I love you!"

And we lived happily ever after!
