Chapter 3

I woke up and saw Chance laying right next to me. 'OMG I fell asleep here?!!' I thought to myself. Just than I heard footsteps coming down the stairs, I than immediately got up and when into the kitchen.

It was Jake. "Hey Tess, I was going to prank you but you weren't in your room. Did you fall asleep out here or something?" Jake said.

"No, I guess I just woke up early today." I lied. "Probably because I had a dream that you were going to prank me." I joked. That was not a total lie. I was worried that he was going to post something about me and Chance.

"Ha. Yah I guess I should stop pranking you. Um we well the whole team is going to the beach wanna come? We might take pictures." Jake said with anticipation in his eyes.

"Yah, sure that sounds fun. Can Chance and Anthony come?" I asked. I do not like Chance I just wanted him and Anthony to feel welcome.

"Oh, um. We didn't tell you? This is awkward. They are leaving to go home for a couple weeks to spend time with their family and pack all of their things." Jake said. I could tell he sounded kinda awkward.

Why would they have to pack the rest of their things? "Are they living hear?!" I yelled. I realized I kind of sounded excited. I was just happy.

"Shh! Don't wake them. Look, between me and you we are thing of putting them on team 10." He said quietly carful not to wake them.

{ Meanwhile at the beach}

"Hey T! Having fun?" Erica asked. She had just gotten back from her parents.

"Yah, is it just me or does Jake keep on looking at me?" I felt kind of weird saying that but I just have to know.

"Yah he is totally staring at you. You know now that I think about it he has been doing that a lot ever since you came to team 10 I saw him staring at you. I think that's why they broke up." Rik said. I knew it was true but I did not want to admit it.

All day I have been thinking 'Does he like me? Do I like him? Will it work if it happens?' Than I got hit with a water balloon. I ran away and screamed, never got to see who it is.

"Ha, ha! I got you. You thought I wasn't going to prank you today?" Jake said while holding his vlog camera. All I could do is laugh. As I looked into his eyes I than realized 'I like Jake Paul.'

{Back at the team 10 house}

"Hey Tess I've been meaning to talk to you." Jake said as he approached me. My legs felt like jelly and my heart was beating fast. I was trying to control it but failed.

"What about? Is everything okay?" Just then I got a text.

Rik😋:

I saw Jake going up to your room is everything okay?!!!

Me:

Well I wouldn't know he did not ask me anything yet!

Rik😋:

O sorry text me what happens! Love yah 😘

Me:

K! Love yah 2 😘

"Sorry it was Rik, what's up?" I said with out sounding nervous. I think I did pretty well.

"Okay I'm just going to say it..." Jake started. Than someone came bursting into the door...
