Elsa Arendelle (from District 8: Textiles)
Elsa is the main character of this story. She has a sister named Anna, and is willing to sacrifice anything for her. Their father is the mayor of District 8, and their mother is the vice- mayor. Since their parents are always busy, Anna would constantly try to call on Elsa to play.
Elsa also has a secret- she can control the ice and snow. Only Anna knew of this power Elsa possessed, and this is because Elsa never revealed this power. Instead, she wore gloves.
Anna Arendelle (from District 8: Textiles)
The little sister of Elsa, they have a close relationship, despite Elsa's constant withdrawal.
Rapunzel Gothil (from District 11: Agriculture)
She is related to Elsa and Anna, but she is oblivious to this. She is District 11's representative in the new rebellion. She has long hair that she cuts during a protest.
Merida DunBroch (from District 10: Livestock)
She is District 10's representative for the new rebellion. She is the daughter of her district's mayor.
Hiccup Haddock (from District 3: Technology)
He is the District 3 representative of the new rebellion that chose Elsa as their leader. He developed an invisibility jacket for Jack in order for him to slip within the districts.
Jack Frost (from District 12: Mining)
He is one of the fifteen only survivors of the District 12 bombing. He owns an invisibility jacket, given to him by Hiccup, that turns its wearer and whatever the wearer is wearing invisible.
