Lost Memories

Chapter Eight

Kagura finally let us off her flying feather and bid us off with nothing to say. Quietly I descended back into the forest. I walk slowly until I notice a water fall and stop for some water.

Shall we start to get things figured out. Because I wish to speak with you, but I'm going to have to channel your mind for a moment.

I sit down slowly as I close my eyes and listen to her closely.

Now that your with me were going to have to figure out how were going to eat, because I know your weak human body won't last long even if you live off the forest berries. Not to mention that I will be taking over your body since you don't know much about anything here......and your looks may change into a  somewhat scarier version of me...but don't panic...

My eyes shoot wide open. " How can I not panic about that! there's no way your taking over me! If you do, then something bad will happen and I'll turn into the villain!"

Wow, you have so little faith in me Kagome. Just give into your instincts and trust me, besides it's fine if your killing to survive that's what it's like in this world.

I can't believe she's actually telling me all of this....as if I would believe her. Suddenly my brain started to think more clearly, that if I do change physically.....Inuyasha wouldn't find me as easily...but it's still hard, I don't want anyone killed by my hands.

So do we have a deal, can I start making changes or are you just going to be difficult?

Slowly I nod my head and I can feel her evil radiating inside of me.

Very good. Now let me just get this started, walk towards the water fall and dunk yourself in the water, it'll cleanse and prepare your body for me to take over the full half of your soul.

I roll my eyes annoyed at her presence before stepping into the cold water. As it reached my waist I turned around and slowly wen't in backwards falling into the water. Then my body started to react, it pulsed with every move that Nariko made to squeeze part of her soul into mine. I could feel the darkness of it which made me a little ill not to mention her memories which made me feel terrible.

Arise and we shall go into the village to get dry.

Quickly I climb out of the water, and started walking towards the village where it was a good sized village. Everyone stared at me confused until I stopped and stared around and saw a man staring at me. Of course he had to be perverted.

(Nariko, does it really have to be him of all men?)

Of course, otherwise how are we going to rob the man that is so foolish?

(rob him! you didn't say anything about stealing from innocent people!)

But I did Kagome. Just get used to it, because now it's my turn to call the shots.

I stand there as I pull an innocent face at the man that stared at me with a sick smirk on his face.

" Well aren't' you just all wet. You must be cold.....here, why don't I by you some fresh clothes, and then I can...." he leans in close towards my ear, " Warm you up."

( This is so disgusting, what a pervert! I will not be raped Nariko!)

Would you just relax, let me take care of it.

" I would very much like that, thank you for your hospitality sir." I bow a little and he lifts my chin up and smiles.

" I think I might of fallen for you, because of your looks of a goddess. It takes my breath away."
