About a week had gone by since Eila had first been brought home from the hospital. Lecter's guest room was nonexistent at this point. He still had a few things on his list to get next time he went out to 'cleanse' the room for her.

This however was her fifth session with him in his office. As usual Elia sat on the couch almost curled up with her back pressed into the arm of the furniture. Her eyes locked on some distant shape on the other side of the glass of the window. Lecter watched her in silence not wanting to press her any harder. Last thing he wanted was to send her back to the hospital due to a full mental breakdown.

The good doctor knelt beside her and spoke softly "Ellie, I know this is hard but I can't help you unless you say something." He noticed tears gather in her eyes. "There is nothing to fear." Lightly he placed his hand upon hers. She responded with a fearful sound moving to the opposite side of the couch. Her eyes wide and chest heaving with the rhythm of her hyperventilation.

"Ellie please calm down." This wasn't going to go anywhere but at the very least he didn't wish to have the need to sedate her. Tears started to slide down her face as she whimpered still she seemed to lack the ability to from words. He sighed standing up and grabbed the little glass bottle from his desk. Large words were scribbled all over the label explaining the risks of its useage.

Lecter inhaled slowly glancing over at the girl. She responded with louder more frantic whimpers. "Just relax Ellie." The doctor approached the female slowly as he filled a needle. Elia made a sudden sprint for the door but he grabbed ahold of her wrist firmly.

She started thrashing and slamming her open palms upon his chest weakly. "Ellie stop." He commanded, however she didn't obey. With precision Lecter brought the needle up and pressed it into her neck.

Elia's eyes went wide as her knees gave out. The drug first robbed her of the ability to use her limbs. Hannibal ran a hand through his hair before scooping up the female. He didn't speak as he started to walk.

It didn't take long for him to take her to their home and up the stairs. The good doctor was gentle as he placed his patient upon his own bed before pulling the covers over her.

The drugs were starting to bring her close to sleep which she desprately fought against. Lecter started to strook the side of her face with the back of his hand. "Shhh, go to sleep Ellie."
