Family night

I look up at Liam. "So when is your wife coming home?" I ask. "I have no idea. What smells so good?" He asks. "I cooked for 'Family night'." I say. "Hey Louis and Niall came here awhile ago. They asked you to call." I say walking back to the living room to check on Bear. Bear starts crying. I pick him up and rock him back and forth. He calms down a little but is still crying. I start singing and he instantly stops crying. He looks up at me with his big brown eyes. I smile at him and he giggles. "Wow, that's never happened before." Liam says. "Not even with Cheryl? I mean- Mrs. Cole." I say correcting myself. I look up to meet his brown eyes, the minute his eyes meet mine he smiles. "Just call her Cheryl. And no, that's never happened before. Like ever. How are you so good with children?" He asks amazed.

"It's a gift." I smile holding Bear on my hip. Bear giggles and stretches​ his little arms out to Liam. "Daddy your son wants you." I say giving Bear to Liam. Liam takes him and the front door opens. "Honeys, I'm home!" Cheryl calls into the living room as she walks over. "Oh, what is that amazing smell?" She asks. "Jane cooked, she's a really good babysitter." Liam says. "She got Bear to stop crying in a matter of seconds." Liam continues ​and I can see Cheryl getting annoyed with him. "Bear is such a sweet baby. Well, I'll see you guys tomorrow." I say picking up my Harry Potter book and my purse.

"Can you stay for dinner? I mean, you're part of our family now." Cheryl asks. "I don't know, it's your family night. I don't wanna intrude-" I start but she shuts me up by hugging me. "Come on doll, we'd love to have you." She says and I see Liam nod.. I nod as she let's me go. The door bell rings and Liam gives Bear to me to answer the door while Cheryl sets up the table. In come, Niall Horan, Zayn Malik, Elenore Cadler, Louis Tomlinson, Harry Styles, Cher Lloyd and Liam. "Aye, it's the girl from this afternoon!" Niall says smiling widely​ at me. I wave. "So what's your name love?" Harry asks. "Jane." I say. "Janet!" Cheryl yells. I give Bear to Liam and run over to Cheryl. "Yeah?" I ask. "Can you put on some Beautiful music?" She asks. I nod. I put on one of my playlists. The first song starts and Bear stretches his little chubby arms out to me from Cheryl. She gives him to me. I sway to the music with the baby. He giggles and laughs. "What a good dancer you are sir Bear." I say in a posh accent only making the small child in my arms erupt in laughter. Everyone looks at us in 'awe' , well except for Cheryl. She's just glaring at me. I make silly faces with Bear while the "grownups" talk about​ a few things. I never really liked growing up. "Little things" starts playing and Bear looks up at me, hopeful. He gurgles and I nod. I start singing and he claps his hands.

I finish the last verse and Bear claps his little chubby hands. I blow kisses on his stomach making him erupt in laughter. "Hey, I'm Luke." Luke Hemmings says as I look up. He flashes me a smile and I return it happily.

My celebrity crush since like, forever! "Um, they're talking in there." I say pointing to the kitchen. "Mind if I stay here and play with you?" He asks. My head snaps up. He blushes when realization hits him. "I meant with Bear and, uh." He says. I wave him off. "Bear, what are you doing honey?" I say in a baby voice as he tries to stand up. "Liam! Liam! Cheryl! Come look!" I yell excitedly as he stands on his on two feet holding onto my hands. They run in and Bear takes his first step. Cheryl starts filming and Liam stands a few feet in front of Bear, his arms stretched out. Bear talks a few fast steps before falling into Liam's arms. I cheer as he looks at me proudly. "Good job baby!" I say as he waddles back to me. " He tumbles into my arms. I hug him. I look up to see Cheryl looking like she just saw her husband cheat on her with her mother and then found out that she's pregnant, in other words, she was furious. I stand up giving Bear to Liam. "Well, it's pretty late. I should get going." I say checking the time on my phone quickly. "No, stay. You're so much better with Bear then us." Liam smiles. "Well, at least​ let me go get my clothes for the live in nanny thing." I say walking over to the front door. I hear a soft cry and little footsteps. I turn around and see Bear waddling hurriedly towards me. I catch him as he stumbles a little. "Um, I don't think someone wants you to go." Luke smiles at me. "Bear come to mommy." Cheryl says reaching for him. He wraps his little chubby arms around my neck. I hug him back. "I'll be right back." I say trying to give him to Cheryl. He makes grabby hands to me and I sigh. "Could someone come with me to help since someone won't let me leave." I chuckle. "I'll do it. He loves car drives with me." Liam says.

We drive to my house in silence.
"Do you remember?" He asks.
"I have no idea what you're talking about." I lie.
"Don't lie, you remember what happened that night. I just wanted to say sorry, for not reaching out anymore. And just sneaking out while you slept." He says, his voice filled with guilt.
"I honestly don't. Sorry." I say as I park my car in front of my apartment. I get out of the car, much to Bear's dislike, and grab all my things. I packed everything in just 15 minutes, which is a new record.

Ah I was going to get evicted tomorrow anyways.
