Kellin POV
"It's great to be in your arms again, babe," I sighed, looking up at Vic. He smiled down at me, squeezing me slightly.
"You've been saying that for the past three days, sweetheart.'
"It's okay. ANd I'll say it again tomorrow if I have to, just to remind you how much I love being in your arms."
"You're so cute, you little asshole," he said fondly, kissing my cheek. I chuckled, leaning up and kissing his in return.
"Thanks, you fucktard."
"You guys have a confusing relationship," Mike said. We jumped, not expecting it. We turned towards the sound of his voice, seeing him leaning against the doorframe with a smug expression. "Man, I'm always right."
"Shut up, Mike. You're always wrong."
"Did you just tell an Angel to shut up?"
"Did you just tell a Demon to shut up?" Vic countered. He said it jokingly, but I could see the pain in his eyes and the hurt in Mike's.
"You're not a Demon," I told him. "If you were, you wouldn't love me the way you do."
"Fine, half-Demon."
"Way to ruin the moment, Mike," I said, glaring at him playfully.
"Me? It was your boyfriend's fault!"
"Sure, Mike. Keep telling yourself that."
We all laughed, glad that the moment of tension was over. "Get out of here, Mike," Vic murmured. "I want to talk to Kellin."
"You mean you want to fuck him."
"nO."
"I'm just joking. Okay, have fun, I'll be in my room, which is in within hearing distance."
"Shut up!"
"Bye," Mike sang, leaving the room and closing the door.
"What did you want to talk to me about?" I questioned, looking up into Vic's warm brown eyes. It astounded me to know that within a second, I could be looking into the eyes of pure evil.
I shivered, trying to think about something else. Vic noticed, but he didn't say anything. he was probably scared of what I was thinking, knowing that it was about him.
"Just some stuff," he said lightly. "I realized that we've never been on a date before."
I thought for a long hard minute. Technically, we hadn't. You could count that time that we met up at the cafe, but it didn't really count since we weren't dating.
"Wow, we really haven't," I said, surprised. I was sure that we had at some point. "Does that time you taught me guitar count?"
"It could, but it doesn't count to me."
"So what did you have in mind?" I asked, smiling at him.
He smiled back, holding me close. "Well, I set up a nice, romantic date at the park, but not the park that you're used to going to. I found a super secret place that I'd like to take you so we can have some time to ourselves."
"That sounds wonderful," I whispered, leaning in and pressing my lips to his. He smiled against my lips, kissing back. "When are we going?"
"Now, if you want."
"I want."
We grinned at each other before standing up, throwing on our shoes and leaving.
