Taemin looked at her through the mirror. She didn't even react when ge told her to stop having her head on the window. Why was she always so stubborn? "Childish..." He quietly mumbled to myself, but apparently she heard it.

"EXCUSE ME? I'm not childish." She hissed at him, a cold tone in her voice. "You're the person that's so far up your own ass."

Taemin ignored her. He didn't even need to bother with her. If he'd even bother saying anything, she would just continue acting like a stubborn little child.

As he was driving, he suddenly started to think about the meeting they were going to have with Lee Sooman.

He already knew what he would ask them to do. He was sure of it.

Not only would society look down on Jaeun for being a single mother, but Taemin would ruin his career as an idol for being careless and not taking responsibility.

After around 10 minutes, they finally arrived at the SM building, and walked inside. They got into the elevator and Taemin pushed the button to go to the 11th floor.

Awkward silence.

Even though he hated her, he had to try to talk to her. The silence was just too much. And they'd be forced to marry afterall, so they had to start somewhere if he didn't want to ruin his entire career.

"So, what do you think he'll talk about?" He said and glanced at her. She shrugged. "You don't already know?" She said and raised her eyebrow. He hesitated, but ended up just shrugging. "I don't."

He knew she didn't believe him. Cases like this had already happened before. They had been kept secret from the public, but they happened. Why do sucessful idols go on hiatuses for a year? Two years? Either because of illnesses, or because of scandals like the one he was currently in the middle of right at that moment.

It's actually kind of upsetting.

They soon arrived at the 11th floor, and started walking towards the end of the hall.

Taemin hadn't been there often, yet the white walls seemed so familiar. Maybe because they were similar to the rest of the building's interior, maybe because of the few times he had been there... he still wasn't sure.

"So, is it his office we're going to?" Jaeun asked and looked at the signs on the different doors. Taemin nodded his head slightly.

He was hoping that she wouldn't say anything without thinking it through. Anything she would say, could be used against both her and him. If she'd refuse to marry him, his career would be gone down the drain. Several years of being a trainee and several years of being an idols wasted.

When they arrived, Taemin knocked on the door to Lee Sooman's office.

A few seconds later he heard a faint "come in", and entered together with Jaeun. He closed his eyes for a few seconds and took a deep breath.

"So, we already know what brings you here." Lee Sooman said and looked at him, and then Jaeun. He didn't even ask them to sit down. "I thought about it for a while and I came to the conclusion that you two are to marry."

He knew it.
He knew he would say that.
It was exactly what he expected.

From the moment he had called the CEO, he knew that he'd end up making them marry.

"W...what?!" Jaeun almost yelled. "I'm not marrying that jerk! I'm not!" Taemin glanced at her and told her to calm down. "If not, then you'll have to abort the baby." He said. She froze, surely starting to think about the situation. "Or else it could harm Taemin's career and reputation as an idol."

Taemin glanced over at her once more, and kept quiet. "Anyhow, I got a contract that you both will sign, and then you will be legally married." He continued. Without thinking, Taemin grabbed the pen he had on his table and signed the paper right away.

Jaeun looked at him as if he was crazy. But did she want to kill the baby? Would this be the right choice? "What do you think you're doing?!" She frowned at him.

Even if she knew that this was the only right choice for her, she didn't want to accept it. "Just sign the damn paper!" Taemin said angrily. He was beginning to get really annoyed. Why couldn't she just do what he was doing? Why couldn't she just go along with it? Why did she have to make everything so damn difficult? "..." She looked at the paper once again. A look of fear plastered on her face. She sighed and muttered a quick "alright..."

"Then, you both finally agreed." Lee Sooman said. "I'll send someone to bring you to the SHINee dorm tomorrow. Be ready with all bags, luggage, whatever outside your home by 12pm tomorrow." Jaeun looked like she was about to start crying.

He didn't blame her.
