Day 223 (May 2nd)- 8:32am
Sam's PoV

I slowly inched my way out of bed. Gabriel whined.

"See you when I get home, Gabe," I kissed his cheek.

"Happy birthday, Sam," he mumbled, still half asleep. "Love you."

"Love you too," I replied. I got dressed and met Millie and Dean in the war room.

"We literally have angel husbands, I don't know why we have to drive all the way to fucking Missouri. By the way- why is there a city in Missouri called Kansas City? And speaking of Missouri we'll we passing through Lawrence so why don't we stop in on Missouri?"

"Firstly, the city was established before Kansas was a state. Second, I agree with stopping in on Missouri." I interjected as I walked in.

"Know it all," Millie chuckled to herself.

"Says the person who can name every actor to play the doctor and the companions of that doctor."

"Hey, a girl's gotta have a hobby," she replied with a shrug. She handed me a cup of coffee as we walked to the garage.

Day 223- 1:03pm

We walked up the steps and before I could even knock on the door it opened. Missouri just rolled her eyes at us.

"I always wondered when you three would come visit me again," she spoke as she opened the screen door for us. "Well come on in I already started the water for some hot dogs. In the mean time you can explain the disaster that was the last decade as well as tell me all about your angel husbands."

"Oh how I missed you, Missouri," Millie smiled.

"I know ya did, now come on in," she stepped out of the way. We walked in. It looked pretty much the same. And suddenly I felt like I was a dumb kid again. A kid just looking for his dad.

"You need help with anything?" Millie asked.

"I'm good sweetheart," She replied. Then she turned to me. "Happy birthday, Sam."

"Thanks," I smiled. She dished out hotdogs.

"Holy crap, Missouri. How are these so good?" Dean asked, mouth full.

"Secret ingredient," she answered. "And don't talk with your mouth full." Dean swallowed.

"Sorry," he mumbled.

"You three have gotten so big... and you've been through so much. Hell did not treat you well- I can see it in your eyes."

"Yeah, well... it is hell," Millie shrugged.

"I had my suspicions with you Dean, but I had no idea you were into men, Sam," she looked to me.

"Well, I- I'm not sure I am. I- I don't know."

"Demi-sexual!" Millie suddenly blurted. "I have been trying for years to figure it out but you're demi!"

"That's definitely in the running," I shrugged. Missouri looked to Millie.

"I'm glad you let yourself be happy, especially after Jenny." She spoke softly. Millie nearly choked on her food.

"Wow." She coughed. "I will never get used to you knowing this stuff."

"Maybe one day," she chuckled. She suddenly turned to Dean. "Don't you put your feet on that table."

"I wasn't!" Dean looked stunned.

"Not you, him," she pointed just to Dean's right where there was an empty spot on the couch. Millie simply sighed.

"Lucifer, my love... what are you doing here?" Millie questioned just a bit accusingly. Lucifer appeared next to Dean.
