Day 212- 10:13am
Millie's PoV
"So we have to do this?" I asked as I adjusted my crown on my head.

"I'm just as thrilled as you are," Lucifer grumbled in response.

"I get it neither of you want to rule hell, but you have to so let's get on with it!" Crowley groaned.

"Fine. Fine. Chill." I turned back to him. Lucifer held his had out.

"My queen." He smiled. I placed my hand in his and the air around us grew hot. I glanced around.

"Okay, so we know what we're doing right?" Meg asked.

"Yep." I answered with a sigh. I turned to Lucifer. "Ready?"

"As I'll ever be," he responded. The doors opened before us and we walked into the throne room. I kept my chin up and my eyes forward. I contained my smirk once I saw my throne. My throne. How amazing is that? There was a table set in front of them. Demons who were sitting around the table instantly stood. I could feel the power radiating off of Lucifer as he asserted dominance- not that he needed to. We stepped up the few steps and stood in front of our thrones. We sat down and everyone else followed suit. Lucifer quickly glanced to Crowley.

"This meeting is now in session," he spoke. That's my cue.

"Okay, so first thing's first. I'm going to need your names because I am not going to call you demon #1 #2 #3 etcetera." I turned to the first demon to my left. Meg sat next to me, Crowley next to Lucifer, and Ruby next to Crowley. "You. What's your name?"

"Libet, my queen," she answered. Her meat suit was probably in her late thirties. Dark hair, tan skin, and brown eyes. She wore a black suit and her hair was pulled into a bun. She reminded me of the mom from Wizards of Waverly place.

"What's your job?" I questioned. She seemed surprised that I gave a damn.

"I run limbo, the first circle," she replied.

"Libet- limbo, got it," I looked to the man next to her. Late twenties, chiseled face, dyed grey hair that looked unkept yet somehow styled. Looked like someone you'd see on pornhub.

"William. I run lust, the second circle, my queen." And suddenly his appearance that of porn star made sense.

"Alright, so are all of you seated for which circle you're in charge of?" I questioned. Eight of them nodded. "Then just names then.

"Brie."

"Tony."

"Bruce."

"Dispater." There was a groan.

"You are so extra Dis," Brie groaned.

"You run the City of Dis, right?" I asked. She nodded. She was a rather imposing woman. Her hair was a starch white and she wore a leather jacket. Scars scattered her face. Clearly she had chosen to keep her meat suit around, despite its damages.

"So now that introductions are out of the way," Crowley added.

"Some things are going to change. Mainly polices on deals and we'll be working with heaven to better sort who ends up in hell and who doesn't," I continued.

"Heaven? Those whiny winged brats- no offense your majesty," Bruce replied before glancing to Lucifer.

"None taken," Lucifer sighed.

"Just in case you don't know, my queen, hell doesn't like change and it doesn't like hunters- especially Winchesters. So any change you try to bring about is not going to be taken well by us demons. You can threaten and kill us all you want, it doesn't change that." Dispater leaned forwards on the table, eyes black. I simply stared. I could feel Lucifer's eyes on me. I chuckled and stood up from the table. Walked over to a rack of knives and horrible torturing devices. My fingers trailed over a scalpel. Alastair's. Then they went to a rather ornate blade. Dean's.

"I'm sure you know who these belonged to," I spoke aloud. "Some of the best torturers to ever hold a blade. You have Alastair, and the others. Then there's the Butcher and the Surgeon. Alastair's star pupils..."

I pulled a knife from the 1700s off the wall. They'd use them in amputations. The blade was curved and the handle felt all to familiar. "Dean... was messy like the butcher he was. He liked the rush of it. I- on the other hand... well I was fascinated by it. The joy of getting to meticulously pull a soul apart piece by piece and have it brand new the next day was my enjoyment. Probably why Alastair liked me best. His most prized project." I sighed.

I set the blade back on the wall and walked back to the table. I set my hands on the wood.

"Look, my mother was killed by a demon, my father was killed by a demon, my brother was killed by a demon, my brother's girlfriend was killed by a demon, my friends have been killed by demons- I've nearly been a demon myself... I'm not a fan of demons or hell or any of this, but I have my duty as queen of this awful place. So things are going to change so I can sleep like a fucking baby when I go home. Because I fucking hate it here as much as you all do. So just roll with the program and we'll get along just fine." I replied. My voice was a dangerous calm. I hadn't realized my eyes had begun to glow. "Are we clear?"

There was an instant response of a nod, followed by a chorus of 'Yes, my queen.'

"Great, meeting adjured. You're all dismissed," I replied, sitting down with a smile. They instantly disappeared. I let out a sigh and slumped in my chair. "Holy crap."

"Well," Crowley chuckled. I sat back up a again.

"How'd I do?" I asked, rubbing the back of my neck.

"Wonderful, I could feel the fear radiating off of them," Lucifer answered, kissing me on the check.

"The eyes were a nice addition," Ruby commented.

"Thanks."

"You may be cut out for this job yet, kid," Meg pushed my arm slightly.

"Oh joy."

Day 212- 11:51am

"There are some changes being made to deals," Crowley spoke before the other higher ranking crossroad demons.

"What?" One of them question aloud.

"Yes, as of this moment these changes go into effect," Crowley added. "As of now those who are under the age of 18 cannot forfeit their souls as payment. All cases of anyone under 21 making a deal are to be reported immediately. Find a substitute payment just not their soul. I know it's unconventional-"

"That is what we do, that's how we supply hell," another demon added.

"Tell me, how many deals do you make an Earth year with those under 21?" I asked.

"I- I don't know maybe 2."

"That's what I thought..." I chuckled. "Now what are the deals for?

"Killing a family member or some bully," another demon replied.

"That's why you report it. If need be the kid will be assigned a guardian angel or once the system is in place, a guardian demon." I added.

"But-" the demon sighed. "I've got nothing."

"Well I guess that settles it..." Crowley continued. "Now back to work." The demons disappeared

I struggled to hide my satisfied smirk. All I could think of was a certain snarky woman, talented in getting what she wanted; one that didn't deserve the hand she was dealt.
