Chapter 16: Awake

It was right about supper time... Jessica and Sammie were in the bathroom fixing their hair (like normal girls), and Jake was just playing on his phone like usual...

"God this game is so addicting! Stupid bird!" Jake yelled. Jessica and Sammie laughed.

"I never downloaded that stupid game before it was taken off the App Store..." Sammie said straightening her hair.

"I did! My high score is 330!" Jessica said bragging.

"We'll I can't get passed 150!" Jake said with an angry tone of voice. Both the girls laughed again.

"What are you guys laughing at?"

"Justin!" Jessica and Sammie scream running over to his hospital bed.

"Whoa whoa! I just woke up... It's not like I died or something..." Justin said.

"Weeeellll!" Jessica screeched and Justin gasped.

"I DIED!?" Justin screamed. Sammie and Jessica nodded. "Who are you? Oh aren't you Jessica's friend?" Justin asked pointing to Jake. Jake nodded, and stood up.

"Actually Jessica is my girlfriend..." Jake said.

"Oh! That's cool..." Justin said sounding bored.. "Wow sleep for about 2 days and I miss so much!!!!" Justin joked.

"We'll I mean I am not sure if you have a girlfriend...." Sammie said smiling.

"Oh yah! Sammie will you be my girlfriend?" Justin asked raising his eyebrows and sticking out his lower lip. Sammie laughed.

"Yes! Finally I have been waiting for like a month! Jeas! You really know how to make a girl wait!" Sammie said laughing.

'Ding ding!' 'Beep!' Jessica and Sammie's phone went off.

"I just got a text from Dak..." Jessica said.

"Yup! Me too!" Sammie said opening the text.

'We just found out there is a Halloween dance. So here I sent you a pic of the flyer.' Dak sent. The flyer said.... 'Halloween bash! Costumes MANDATORY! Bring a date or not it is optional. You can bring someone not from this school. And you don't have to follow the dress code! You have to pay $10 at the door. No drinking!' Jake read it over her shoulder.

"Jake do you want to go to the Halloween bash with me?" Jessica asked smiling. Jake smiled.

"Of course! I'll be a demon boy!" Jake said winking at her.

"Great idea! I'll be an angel!" Jessica said as Jake poked her in she stomach.

"Do you want to go to the bash with me?" Justin asked smirking and raising a eyebrow.

"Yah! I will be a fallen angel!! And you can be a devil!!!" Sammie said jumping up and down like a little girl.

"Yah and I can leave tomorrow! Cause I don't have a concussion, just a black eye and a bruise. We'll a couple bruises. But I will heal...' Justin said grinning.

"Jordan texted me and said he is going with his new GIRLFRIEND!" Jessica said emphasizing girlfriend.

"What! Who is his girlfriend?! OMG! I am so happy for him!" Sammie screamed.

"Her name is Emily! Emily Genz! Have you heard of her?" Jessica asked excited.

"Yah... She is a real nerd... But so is Jordan so whatever!" Sammie said smiling.

The next day Sammie, Jessica, and Justin got ready for school.

Sammie was wearing a black veil brides shirt... With red skinny jeans, and red combat boots.

Justin was wearing a avenged sevenfold shirt, with black mens skinny jeans, and black converse all-stars.

Jessica was wearing a Hunter Hayes shirt, white shorts, and silver sandals.

They all headed for the bus. Justin sat next to Sammie behind Jessica and Paige.

"Do you have a date to the Halloween bash yet?" Jessica asked Paige curiously. Page shook her head no. Jessica sighed. "You will get one! And I am going with my boyfriend from another school." Jessica said. Paige smiled.

"Awesome!" Paige said acting surprised but really sounded like she could care less.

The whole day was boring until lunch. "So Paige you don't have a date to the dance?" Dak asked casually. She shook her head no and frowned. "We'll I was wondering if you want to go with me....." Dak said sitting down next to Paige and Jordan at the lunch table.

"Yah that sounds great!" Paige said blushing. Dak put his hand on her hand. Sammie and Jessica looked at each other and giggled.

"Wanna go and get the costumes together?" Sammie asked her friends.

"Yup...." Justin said after swallowing a bite of pizza.

"Yeah!" Paige and Jessica said in unison.

"Uh-huh..." Dak said shifting in his seat.

"Emily and I will meet you there!" Jordan said fixing his glasses.

So after school Jessica called Jake and said she would not be back home till after dinner cause she was getting her costume.

They all tried on there costumes and bought them, not showing each other the costumes. The Halloween bash was in 2 days.
