"So wake me up when it's all over! When I'm wiser and I'm doing older!" Me and Nicole screech into the microphones. Aiden laughs from the front counter of The Diner.

We have been coming since it's been open. It opened up three days ago and everyday after I get off training I come here and sing terribly with Nicole.

I'm afraid we might scare customers away, but some come up here and sing too and it's really fun. Aiden is usually the only one who applauded our terrible singing while everyone else just laughs.

At the end of the song Wade walks in with a smile on his face. I jump off the chair and run to him. "You missed our awesome concert," I say with a huge smile. He presses a soft kiss against my lips.

"Well, I'm sure you guys did just fine." He says. Nicole comes over here laughing.

"Fine? We did awesome." Nicole says as she hooks her arm around me neck. "Now back off my girl." She says. Wade tugs on my arm.

"Nu uh, we are going on a date." He says pulling me from Nicole and smashing me into a warm embrace.

"See you at school tomorrow, Nic." I say blowing her a kiss. She catches it and puts it on her heart. Wade intertwines our fingers and starts pulling me toward the door. "Bye Aiden! Text you later." I wave to him.

"Kay! Be good." He winks at me. Wade's hand tightens on me and he leads me out. I groan.

"Wade!" I whine. He side glances me and raises a brow. "You're so mean to him, he's sweet." I say pulling in his arm.

"It's my job to be sweet to you." He grumbles. I roll my eyes and jump in front of him before he opens the door to the passenger side. I wrap my arms around his neck and bring his face closer to mine.

"Missed you." I smile. He has been sick for the past few days and he wouldn't let me come see him. I quote 'it's to embarrassing, I look like crap' that's what he said to me. It's hard to imagine Wade looking like crap.

He presses a soft kiss on my lips. We haven't really 'made out' because I won't let him. I told him that we can only give short kisses because like
I said, I don't want to tire out each other so fast. It happens to couples all the time.

"Missed you too, baby." He smiles. "Now lets go on our date." He says helping me in the car. I sit down happily and wait for him to get in. I rub my cold hands together.

When he starts up his car music blares Three Days Grace. "If it's an eye for an eye. Then we all go blind. Is it hard to see? Is it hard to see? Yeah yeah!" I sing off key, but I love this song.

"I didn't know you listen to rock." Wade comments. I listen to all music, but country. I hate country, I've never liked it. Nicole is big on country and she hates rock. I'm big on rock and hate country. When we ride together country and rock are never to be played on the car. It's like an unspoken treaty.

"You don't know a lot about me buddy." I say and look out the window. And what I just said is the truth. We only know the common things about each other, stuff that everyone knows about us. He won't tell me anything about his past and it's rather upsetting because I feel like he doesn't trust me.

"Hey," Wade takes my hand in his. He kisses a kiss on my knuckles and rests our hands on his thigh. I smile. I really do like Wade, but I can't really like someone I don't know and I hate being pushed away and that's all he ever does. I press my face against the window.

After a short drive we pull up to a nice restaurant with a good view of the city. He helps me out of the car and I smile at him. He intertwines our fingers and we go into the restaurant.
