"morning" I slowly opened my eyes as they adjusted to the light. I turned over and saw atem. My face went completely red.
"A-atem umm hi what umm? I covered my face and heard him chuckle.
"Did you sleep well?"
"Yes"
"That's good" he was already dressed and ready to state his duties I started shaking.
"Y/n what's wrong," he said placing a hand on my shoulder and sat next to me "just ... scared of going home because I might die once I walk in the door"
"I-I actually have something to ask of you that might help us both"
"Hmm what's that?"
"Recently Seto has been wanting me to get married to a princess from one of the neighboring kingdoms and-"
"I hope the woman you choose Is the right one no matter who they will be happy with you," I said giving him a smile.
"Heh actually I don't plan on marrying any of them"
"What?" I was so confused
"I guess you can say my heart had already been stolen by another," he said with a sweet smile towards me and he was blushinh
'Wait he can't mean' "I know Seto won't be happy with my decision but it's the one that feels right to me" my face went completely read once more 'is he for real about this'
"Y/n we've know each other for a long time and I know you have a kind heart  but you only show it to the ones who show kindness in return and I know you will be good for my kingdom" he grabed my hands "so will you be my queen?"
"Umm I ahh I don't know" my face was completely red.
"I mean do you really think a Theif out of all people be a good queen out of all the princess out there"
"Is that a no?" He sounded sad
"No  I would love to spend the rest of my life with you it's just I wasn't expecting this after what happened last night you make it seem like it never happened I thought you would hate me"
"You were forced I know you would never hurt me you said it yourself"
"Then yes"

sorry that its short slowly lost ideas as I was writing but I did take advice from @ppgzrrbz and @NuraRihanLover thanks for that and ill come up with something for the next chapter soon probably so see you in the next chapter bye
