I collapsed onto the ground, unable to think. All I knew for certain was that Harry had just dumped me. I shouldn't have been so shocked - I had been a right slut when I was with him. First kissing Stuart and not telling Harry, then my little fling with Brant and now Harry seeing Stuart and I kiss. He probably thought Cal had been right all along about Aurora being the baby of someone else. I had shown him that I was capable of it!
My eyes closed as I drifted off into unconsciousness, right there on the pavement.
"Abi!" someone was yelling. I jolted awake and found Harry looking down on me, smiling. "Abi, you fell asleep!"
"Harry?" I whispered.
"C'mon! I wanna get to know you better!" he told me, laughing. He held out his hand for me, and I took it, getting off the sofa I had been sleeping on.
We went for a walk around his massive garden in England, and we talked for hours on end. Just talking, about our past, what we wanted to do in the future, our parents, our family, any pets, siblings. We just talked and laughed. It was wonderful.
Next thing I knew, we were sitting on a picnic blanket near Harry's brother's house. I looked around me and sighed, at peace with the world for once. Aurora was sitting beside Harry, gnawing on a piece of buttered bread. Harry sat opposite me, offering me a strawberry that was rich in colour and sweet in taste. Harry placed the strawberry in my mouth and I bit down on it, letting the juice run down my chin. I picked up the napkin at my side and wiped my chin.
"Sweet," I said.
"Aww, thanks, babe," Harry said, flicking his hair as best as he could. He did it in such a girly manner; I couldn't help but laugh at him. Harry had soon joined in and, feeling left out, Aurora started giggling, clapping her hands together and bouncing where she sat on a tartan rug. Of course, Aurora's reaction to us laughing set us off more, making AURORA laugh louder, making HARRY AND I laugh louder, making... Well, you get the picture.
I picked up a large bit of cake, and tried to romantically feed him some of it. However, I got bored waiting for him to finish eating it, bite by bite, so I shoved the whole thing in his face. I started laughing again, setting Aurora off laughing again.
Then, suddenly, I was in Harry's garden again, but in a bikini top and shorts. The sun was smiling down at me as I picked up a water balloon and threw it with all my might at Harry. He dodged it, and started running towards me with a hose in his hands. He turned the hose on, and the cool water drenched me from head to foot. I screamed and laughed at the same time. At that moment, Hayley and Liam walked into the garden, holding hands and laughing at something one of them had said.
Harry and I exchanged looks and started roaring like Vikings, running towards the couple. Harry started spraying them with the hose, and I started lobbing water balloons at them. Hayley and Liam started screaming, trying to back into the house again. They eventually managed to close the patio door, and Harry focused the hose on the glass door. I, however, picked up another water balloon and slammed it right against Harry's head. He spun around in shock, and just looked at me. His face was a mixture of confusion and rage, and it was a very funny expression. I doubled up with laughter, unable to stop. I fell to the ground in hysterical laughter. I was out of control, clutching my stomach with a stitch due to the laughter.
Harry approached me, hose in hand. I instantly stopped laughing. He grinned maniacally. "Harry!" I scream/laughed. "Don't!"
But did he listen? No, he did not! He shot water out of the hose at me, lying there vulnerably on the ground. I was screaming with delight, trying to stop Harry from spraying the cool water in my face and on my body.
Then, we were in a large, dark room. I heard the sound of lots of people laughing, and I looked around me. It took me a minute to realise we were in the cinema, watching a rom-com. Harry and I were holding hands, and Harry was concentrating purely on the big screen. I sighed contentedly and snuggled into Harry's side. He turned to look at me, and his face was coming ever closer to mine, when he threw a bit of popcorn into my face. I stifled a giggle, and threw it back at him. He picked up a new bit of popcorn and went to throw it at my nose, but I raised my head and opened my mouth, and the little bit of corn fell perfectly into my open, waiting mouth. We started to giggle quietly at a very emotional, dramatic part in the film. The woman in the seat in front of us turned in her seat, her make up streaked down her face as she cried with a tissue in her hand and shushed us.
"Did she just shush us?" I asked Harry in a whisper. Harry nodded with a look of horror on his face. "No way did she just shush us!" I said.
"Shhhh!" Harry said, and I laughed - loudly.
Then, everyone in the cinema turned and whisper yelled: "shhh!" at me. I pouted, not impressed by group shushing.
Just as I was about to retaliate, Harry and I were in Primark, looking through clothes for me. I held up an ugly floral kind of dress, the colour of sick. Harry made a funny face as I pouted, holding the dress to my body. I started strutting up and down the corridor in a model type way, and Aurora laughed at me. I picked up my little baby from her buggy that Harry was pushing and I picked up the dress for babies that was exactly the same. "How do we look?" I asked Harry, pouting. Aurora copied me, and Harry started laughing, holding on to the buggy for support. Gutted, I put the ugly dresses away, and placed Aurora back in her buggy. Harry walked over to me and pulled me into a tight embrace. "You're hilarious," he whispered in my ear.
Then we were sitting in Harry's dad's restaurant, sharing a large toffee sundae. It was massive, and we dived in, laughing as we polished it off quickly. Harry and I talked about school, friends and rugby. Harry fed me some of the sundae from his spoon, and I laughed as I tried to get it all in my mouth. This was a difficult task when Harry was wobbling the spoon about all over the place, trying to get it all over my face.
I was lying on the bed as Harry was working his way up my body, peppering my arms with kisses, until finally he reached my lips. He was lying over me and he was a tad drunk. However, I wanted to do things a little differently from how he planned it. I took control and pushed Harry to my feet, following him. I took off his top as I backed into the bathroom, starting the water in the shower. I stripped off all his clothes, taking all control, and shoved him into the shower. Then I locked the bathroom door and stepped into the steamy water. Tonight, I would show Harry how much I loved him.
Suddenly, we were in the car and I was wearing the outfit I had worn to the New Years Day meal at school. Harry was in the same outfit, as was Aurora. "So, are you ready to show off your new dress for this New Years Day meal?" Harry asked me. It seemed we WERE going to the New Years Day meal... but hadn't I already done this? "Remember, don't pay attention to anything anyone says about you here if it's mean. It doesn't matter, because I love you, and Aurora loves you." Harry smiled genuinely at me, and it was infectious. Within seconds, I was smiling too.
Next thing I knew, I was sitting on the sofa with Hayley, Liam, Harry, Becca, Chase, and the gang, and Rob (Harry's dad). We were just sitting, laughing and chattering away like a massive family.
Then I jolted awake.
These flashes from my memories showed that I had something great, and I had carelessly thrown it away. I didn't deserve Harry, and so he was better off without me. I didn't even deserve Brant or Stuart. I wasn't even sure if I deserved Cal!
I was going to have to start again, but back in Scotland.
