Today I'll be telling you about something pretty important, because it includes my first and second kiss.
It happened last year, I attended a night club.
You're probably thinking about how old I must've been, but let me save you the struggle, I was only 15.
How did I attend a night club then?
Basically everyone from 15 and up could enter the club and have hopefully a great night.
And so i did.
Before going there I met up with two of my friends. Solita and Celeste. We drank a couple of somersby's at Celeste's apartment, and to those that don't know what that is, it's basically a beer but it tastes way better. We put on some nice, but a bit revealing clothes, calmed our hair and all that jazz, and then took the bus to the heart of the city.
We were excited on the outside but I honestly think we all were a bit nervous. Celeste was open about it, she talked about how she was nervous she was over dressed and how she should've chosen her sneakers instead of high heals. Solita was a bit quiet, as always, but she probably just wanted to sit home and watch Netflix. And I, I was nervous that this was a bit too far considering our age.
Finally we were outside the club and stood in line. The people around us were maybe 17, 18 and were all drinking and laughing. We felt pretty misplaced in this group of people.
At one point someone threw a bottle of vodka and I suddenly felt a sting of fear, this was the nightlife of the capital. And I was only 15.
Suddenly some girls from our class showed up. They were all pretty drunk and drank directly from a bottle of liquid that seemed to be water, but anyone in their right mind would know that it was definitely not water.
The girls, Ashley, Becky, Carmen and Dina offered us all a taste and continued to laugh at whatever. Solita, Celeste and I all laughed with them, while Celeste said yes for a taste.
Typical Celeste, does anything to get in the warmth. I mean, they probably had herpes.
The newly arrived girl group started to take snuff and we just kinda stood there while waiting to get in.
Finally it was our turn, and we got in, handed our jackets to the woman behind the counter and now the whole night was just waiting for us.
We stepped into the dancing crowd and the whole thing was just very overwhelming. The music was loud, the people were drunk and the colored lights were shifting every second.
We didn't know what to do with ourselves, and thankfully we didn't have to decide at that exact moment. Ashley pulled us towards the toilets and quickly told us to look out for Carmen before rushing into the overcrowded bathroom with Becky and Dina.
Suddenly Celeste decided that her and Solita also needed a toilet break and hurried in with them. So left was I with the wasted Carmen.
Carmen was sitting on a chair with her head between her legs and I just stood by her caressing her back. I didn't notice a man standing next to us looking firmly at Carmen, before he spoke up. "Is she okay?" I looked up and there stood a 30 year old man, or so, and I was just like "yeah, she um, she's fine, she's just tired". Of course he didn't believe me, and before I could do anything he lifted Carmen up in her arm and walked away with her.
