Is Chessa Real?

Chapter 31

Tessa's POV

This morning I woke up next to Chance on the couch downstairs. We were still in our clothes from last night so I went upstairs and started a shower.

After getting out and putting on some workout clothes, I went to fix myself some eggs.

As I was walking down the steps, I guess Chance heard me and woke up:
"Good morning, do you want some eggs?" I said.
"Sure. Give me 10 and I'll be in there to help" he replied.

I walk into the kitchen and grab the eggs, along with the bread, orange juice, and an avocado.

Turning on the stove, I crack a few eggs and put them in the pan. Before long, I feel two arms wrap around my waste.

We were the only two up...that I know of, so it had to be Chance.

"I know it hasn't been long since I've asked you, but what do you think?" He said.
"Well I would love to go but I don't know" I replied.
"Well my family would love to meet you, I think you should come" he said walking over to toaster.

...

We had finished eating our breakfast then went to see if everyone was ready for the gym.

The only people not going were Nick and Jake, which is weird because Jake loves going.

The van was the only choice of transportation, so we piled in and headed to the gym. Chance sat beside me and slowly moved his hand over to rest on my thigh.

Of course the entire time I was trying not to smile ear to ear.

We arrived at the gym around 11 a.m. but only planned to stay for 2 hours. Not everyone has plans after but some needed to be home and showered by a certain time.

Today we were working on our core.

The first exercise to start off the workout was crunches...this outta be fun.

Everyone who needed to be gone by a certain time had already left the house. Erika, Kade, and Nick were going out for a photoshoot.

Jake came in and said he's been at set all morning, changed his outfit then left again. The Martinez twins had an interview on a talk show today and Anthony went with.

So really the only ones in the house were me and Chance.

After sitting around for what seemed like forever, we decided to walk down to Vcafe.

"Tessa come on" Chance yelled.

I run down the stairs and meet him at the bottom. We walked hand in hand down the street laughing and smiling at our small conversation.

Chance held the door open for me as I walked into the cold cafe.

We ordered our food then started talking about the trip:
"You know if you don't go with me, I'll be gone for a week" Chance said adding a wink at the end.
"I know. I really want to go but i don't know what my plans are right now" I replied frowning.

We finished eating and talking about whatever crossed our minds then walked home.

Everyone was now home and getting ready for a relaxed evening.

I walked upstairs to go change and see Chance packing in his room. He wasn't paying attention so I walked up behind him and asked if he needed help.

Of course he jumped a little but he accepted and we finishing getting his things together.

"So when is your flight?" I asked.
"Tomorrow at 2 p.m." he replied.

I'm thinking to myself of how I can go, but I have my last day of rehearsal tomorrow and I cannot miss it.

"Do you need a ride to the airport?" I asked.
"Well yeah, but I know you have dance" he said.

I pulled up my schedule in my phone and my class didn't even start until 3 p.m.

"I can take you, it's not until an hour after I drop you off" I said.

After that we walked downstairs and asked everyone what's for dinner.

Believe it or not, everyone through out different ideas..once again.

You had sushi, pizza and movie night, go to an arcade, or a walk on the beach. This time we decided sushi, kinda like a goodbye to Chance.

I went upstairs to change my clothes and ended up wearing a pair of jean shorts with a white Jake Paul merch shirt and my white yeezys.

...

Our entire table was full of sushi. I'm pretty sure we ordered the entire menu...not lying.

Everyone had ate and enjoyed each other's company and we were now on our way home.

All the guys went to upstairs play video games expect Jake and Chance, and they sat on the couch with me and Erika.

"Guys I think I'm gonna go to bed" I say out loud.

They all replied with goodnight and I walked up the stairs.

My room is very homey and I love chillin' in it. I have lights hanging up so when I turn the overhead light off, it's very comforting to me.

I was getting ready to fall asleep when I heard my door open. Chance came in and shut the door behind him.

As he crawls into the other side of my bed, he says:
"I wanted to sleep with you one more time before I go."
